Man Rag really let himself go. Now he’s only a 4/6 that shoots Silver Hand Recruits.
Wildheart Guff
It’s 5 mana do next-to-nothing where you get the privilege of being able to spend 2 more mana to do nothing. This card is a death sentence against aggression and if you want to play for the slower match up why on earth are you not just playing Allignment?
KoFT Malfurion actually did something when you played him and had a MUCH better hero power.
Blacksmithing Hammer
This is unbelievably slow, but I guess the first quest proc CAN tutor it technically assuming you can trade it first. Warrior can’t afford to have that many “do-nothing” turns though with turn 1 already being play quest and pass.
Psyfiend
The issue I have here is if you are playing Benedictus you have no healing in your deck (from spells or hp) so can you really afford to take 2 yourself?
Maestra of the Masquerade
See complain enough and Blizzard gives Rogue 9 other Hero Portraits at once!
Lion's Guard
Don’t know why this doesn’t just have a purple background. It’ll probably slot into any control warlock deck just to be a big ball of stats with taunt that SOMETIMES auto wins you the game against Aggro.
Irebound Brute
Well if you draw this off Skull it’s 0 mana and with the Demon tag it can get discounted and copied and all that stuff. The issue is the current midrange DH list of Deathrattle DH doesn’t have room for this and I don’t see a non-deathrattle midrange-y deck taking off and being better.
Granite Forgeborn
Uhhhhh 5 stars?
I like how this gets a premium statted minion as a body while a card like Invigorating Sermon doesn’t get a body at all.
Entitled Customer
Good in control warlock since sometimes you just don’t make it to Nether. The issue is Control Warlock isn’t the best and Jaraxxus is now mediocre compared to other control options in the mix.
Charged Call
God why would it not be overloaded crystals. As it stands you need to overload 3 times to reach PLAYABLE territory and even that is questionable.
Cargo Guard
Playable Pirate is playable. Gives everything a quest warrior would want which is survivability and some sort of board presence before you complete the quest.
Canal Slogger
Oh noooo I get overloaded 1 compared to Tidal Surge. Too bad I do 2 more damage and potentially get ANOTHER 6 if they can’t remove a 6/1 efficiently or whatever.
Battleground Battlemaster
Neutral Bloodlust on a stick that is potentially way better than Bloodlust if you HAVE to play for board since this is a “permanent” effect and not many aggro mirrors can clear a 5/5 with nothing on board.
Alliance Bannerman
He himself is understatted, but if cards like Smugglers Run can see play I see a world where this is pretty decent and any handbuff and card draw is appreciated when you are running a lot of 1 drops for quest paladin.
Raid the Docks
The mini-rewards are whatever, but this doesn’t seem too hard to complete and the end reward is a really good. “Every” Warrior deck is going to be running 6 pirates anyway (2 of the new 2 drop, Sword Eater, and Anchorman) so adding maybe 3 more or so to complete this in a timely manner isn’t THAT unreasonable.
The end reward puts every class on a clock because against control you just hit them for like 5-7 every turn (weapon and cannon) and aggro can’t really stabilize well when you have infinite weapons, a meh board clear, and potentially spit out a random taunt or rush minion.
Devouring Swarm
I wouldn’t push this one off the table and can see it EASILY slotting into face hunter. Play it at the end of the Pack Runner turn to recycle the Pack Runner, kill an extra minion, and maybe have a couple 1/1 Rush in hand (not bad considering Springpaw and the 5 mana 5/2 were pretty good for Lynxs).
Also, the obvious implication is giving your Rhino “Windfury” for big SMOrc finisher.
