Imprisoned Observer
Interesting card as it forces opponent to plan ahead for a field nuke. Works well with stalling cards.
Furious Felfin
Cool murlocs and basically means at least 5 dmg is being dealt for 3 Mana. Rather valuable as a mid game removal since 4 attack at 3* Mana kills most early minions.
Fungal Fortunes
Reverse mage card at same Mana cost possibly used in a spell heavy druid deck since have druid card that can generate 3 minions if none in hand.
Bulwark of Azzinoth
Great card for defending against large minions but not so good for token or aggro since can break in one turn.
I would expect this most likely in a control type warrior with the minion to get back a broken weapon.
Downsides mage can nullify this with one spell and it’s a very tempting target for breaking and stealing.
Archspore Msshi'fn
Now This is a big card a 9/9 taunt that can summon another 9/9 taunt or a 9/9 rush.
Or if have quest a 9/9 taunt that summons a 9/9 taunt with rush. This card is guaranteed to show up in quest druid and considering the value of the 10 cost I would not be surprised to see it played with the Highlander card to make 2 of the 10 cost.
Ambush
Wow and if it had stealth it would be a way more dangerous version of the Hunter secret that gave the 2/3 poisonous cobra. Without stealth it would lose one edge cobra had being opponent had to already attack before summoned.
Otherwise several rush minions would neutralize the danger from this.
Frenzied Felwing
If it showed up on a turn 1 only warlock could do it and the downside isn’t worth it. Turn 2 is the absolute earliest it can be reasonably done.
Boompistol Bully
Forgetting it hits all battlecries so it can cut off the hero cards to like say mage trying to board clear with Reno. And also screws over decks that swarms out Lackeys which can mess with a combo rogue. It basically is just a more niche version of Loatheb that really shines against specific decks.
The Fist of Ra-Den
The only real threat though is the weapon thief because there is a minion that can re equip your broken weapon. Even with the current weapons used by shaman you can run the requips minion to get it back and bypass the overloads.
I rarely see anyone run the weapon breakers and have not seen anyone running the thief. so it is a viable idea.
Dark Prophecy
The list of cards that could reach the 5 cost value is small mostly best you could hope is 4. The ones that can reach it though are outlier cards that would be considered a negative if not for certain details. I’d say 5 cost is about 8-10 in stats on average without factoring in an ability. Which puts anything that can reach those numbers within the 4-5 cost range. This is not factoring in any abilities so by those rules a 2 cost with 5 stats reaches the minimum for 5 cost. There are a lot is 2 costs that reach those requirements which means it comes down to abilities. Your highlight cards can include amani berserker at 2/6 and with 1 dmg a 5/5. Faerie dragon a 3/5. Injured tolvir 2/9 taunt. Milhouse the 4/7. Those are pretty much the best options and are outnumbered by weaker ones but it is possible for them to reach into low 5 cost value it’s just your more likely to only get to 4. The next question though is if you run a few big priest type cards topsy turvy or inner fire. If that’s the case a few other 2 costs get rather scary including a few making 8 attack minions.
Boompistol Bully
15 Mana Reno? 15 Mana Zuljin. Basically shuts down every hero card what’s worse is screws with decks using Lackeys 6 Mana 1/1 do 2 dmg basically it’s a card to pick on shaman and rogue mostly.
Bomb Wrangler
It’s the fact that when play minion triggers summon then play another triggers again and pops the previous bomb. The card works like a pyromancer triggered by playing minions instead of spells. And this card can take advantage of that mechanic.
Hailbringer
Not a bad minion but I think the only decks to run this would be mage and shaman. Shaman for battlecry trigger and freeze could be good and mage because freeze can be very good with removal card and the elemental tag.
Skydiving Instructor
I’d say the main deck that would run this is zoo lock most of the 1 costs run either have decent stats or have a trick to them and getting out say the imp without taking dmg is helpful in late game.
Also the fact that this is a deck thinning card isn’t to bad especially if none of the one costs you run are battlecry cards.
Licensed Adventurer
Quest mage would approve of this card gives progress towards quest and if you generated any sidequest (Happens to me alot) then it’s still viable later can can reduce the cost of the giant.
Frenzied Felwing
This is pretty much an auto include in most aggro decks since all need to do is 4 dmg and it’s free so I’d probably compare it to I think it was happy ghoul even for Hunter it’s basically a 3/3 4 cost with battlecry make hero power cost 0 that turn. But IDs say for any aggro this is probably a 0-2 cost card by turn 4.
Boompistol Bully
Decent card that’s best used on certain turns to block on curve plays from specific classes could even stall quest shaman potentially or make comboing unadvisable in case of current rogue.
I expect it to see some experimenting since it’s basically Loatheb targetting battlecries.
Boom Squad
Playable with all warrior types even the pirate warrior would most likely give options with 1 of each tag but most likely you’ll get something playable.
Great card for late game druid combos and works really well for most quest druid decks since most of the minions are 5 or more. I wouldn’t be surprised to see it appear in the current embiggen druid either depending on if the dormant keeps the buffs.
