Shadow Council
This is definitely an interesting card and would be great to help zoo lock recover if lose momentum.
However there’s a bigger interest to this card than anyone has mentioned it allows you to turn worthless cards like the 1/1 albatross tokens or the 1/1 imps from the warlock removal into valuable minions. That removal that adds 3 worthless imps looks a lot better when you have a card like this that for 1 Mana makes them valuable. The only downside is losing rest of hand but that’s a small price when everything get will be at least a 2/3.

Oh God this is getting scary for shamans evolves aggro decks are going to get ridiculous.
Ambush
Yeah rogue needs better secrets the only time I ever see a rogue use them is if was rnged from another card.
Archspore Msshi'fn
This card is taunt druids new best friend.not even taking into account hadronox spawning more of the little one to deathrattle into deck.
Scavenger's Ingenuity
Highlander would probably run this even without taking into account stalker it tutors out a card and buffs it helping get to the draws you need.
Bulwark of Azzinoth
That’s why said may see the weapon stealing neutral make more of an appearance this expansion.
Metamorphosis
Lackey wise atm you would need to rely on neutral if get any atm. But we may also get more neutrals that allow you to get a spell. Actually on vargoth if you think about the wording it could give you 3 uses at least the turn you use the spell you can use hero power. And vargoth should refresh it. Also it’s still a hero power so most you would get is 5 dmg a round for 2 rounds. This plus vargoth I believe would only give 15 total dmg.
Warglaives of Azzinoth
Look it’s a power creep on sullthraze except this is cheaper. Considering all the when attack cards this will likely be used.
The Dark Portal
Auto include in Handlock won’t really see play in any non Handlock deck. I just know I’m going to hit something stupid with the draw often though.
Teron Gorefiend
This is a ridiculous card that will likely see play in zoo lock and will be a huge target for silencing cards so won’t be played unless can trigger same turn.
Spectral Sight
Very nice card as a top deck without outcast it’s just same as the 1/1 battlecry but if can trigger outcast it’s equal to mages project without giving opponent draw.
Skull of Gul'dan
A card that you would definitely want to trigger the outcast of and is very nice for an aggro based deck.
Scavenger's Ingenuity
Any Hunter deck running several beasts will run this. There’s literally no real downsides to tossing this in with a +3/3 investment.
Pit Commander
Very nice card for cheating out any high cost demons from deck as well as deck thinning if needed. Basically it’s a 3/1 weaker with taunt of another minion but tutors out demons for one less Mana.
Metamorphosis
Nice spell giving 2 uses of a 5 dmg from hero power also nice if was generated by another card will see good bit of use for dmg burst.
Lady Vashj
So what your saying is this is a 7 cost 5/4 visions that specifically draws 3 spells.
That is rather dangerous and could make that 10 cost storm spell actually see play.
Kargath Bladefist
And if it works with sweeping strikes this could give you 30 armor in one attack though it probably only counts as one attack.
Could probably almost single handedly make people tech in plate breaker.
Kael'thas Sunstrider
I would say this card is at its best in wild decks as currently there’s just to much aggro or control to make a big play.
This is a very nice card that misses out since it would have been best with hagatha. Overall though it’s not to bad of a pull from generating cards.
