Void Drinker
And here I was asking for a decent mid game demon for my demonology deck. Thank you Blizzard. This is what I needed.
Spirit Jailer
Excellent card. I have been waiting for a better Demon T1 than Voidwalker for a while, and this fits the bill nicely!

I honestly don’t understand what they were going for here. Yes, it’s true that Mages are known to summon minions in various ways, but I don’t see how this fits class identity for Rogue. What’s the lore of the card supposed to be? I’m really confused. Someone please comment and explain to me if they get it. Gameplay-wise I honestly don’t understand what deck or mechanic this card is supposed to push, and lore-wise I don’t understand what this is supposed to represent _especially_ on the Rogue side. Summoning random minions isn’t really a Rogue thing; I don’t get it.

OMG I love this card. It’s not broken, there is no deck in which you could call it an “auto-include” and yet the fun potential is tremendous! 4/5 stars
Turalyon, the Tenured
Although I think you’re correct I wonder why so many people compare this to Natalie Seline for the simple reason that Natalie is a Priest card and this is Paladin. Paladin had no spell or battlecry before that could ensure minion destruction without having to use more than one card. I agree that this card is not exceptionally good but it fits a role Paladin didn’t have before which is basically guaranteed removal.
Groundskeeper
It’s good, but I wouldn’t call it amazing. It does its job and more than that ; is 5 heal that relevant however ?
Vectus
You still need an AOE to clear all three minions for 5 mana, not every class has access to that.
Vectus
Actually um… Not really.
If a whelp copies a defender’s deathrattle, they are going to copy the 3-health healing effect, but not the Reborn one since it is treated as a separate thing. I’ve tested it with Kobold Apothecary and I can assure you it works this way. In other words copying defender’s Deathrattle with this would make it pretty mediocre.

I really hope we do, because the Demon minion pool for Warlock is currently quite sad. Not even speaking about BIG demons specifically – the demon tribe as a whole lacks “good” minions currently, i.e it lacks minions that wouldn’t be mediocre if they weren’t demons, and since Demon synergies are currently somewhat limited for Warlock, I hope Scholomance brings about more Demon synergies for Warlock and _especially_ more Demons so that the demon pool isn’t as shallow as it currently is.
Archwitch Willow
I fully agree. Warlock currently lacks enough good Demons to have a reason to run this in the first place. The real problem is simply that currently reasons to run a Demon deck are few. Demon support is quite limited currently -especially for Warlock ironically, whereas DH has some degree of Demon synergies- but most importantly we have very few “good” Demons. Ideally we would need good Demons and good Demon synergies in order for Demon decks to come back. ‘Cause why would you want to synergize with a tribe if you have very limited options of that tribe and they’re not even that good. Point being: I hope Scholomance brings at least one or two decent Demon cards to Warlock.
Archwitch Willow
Agreed. Kanrethad however is quite a good card; he simply lacks support. The true issue with him is that despite having a good effect in both his regular and Prime form, they’re somewhat contradictary in terms of situations where they work best. I like Kanrethad but I wish we had enough Demons around that both his forms are a useful support in any deck that features a good bunch of viable Demons.
However this card is giving Demons as a whole more support, so I hope – most importantly – that we will get more good Demons (especially mid-game ones, which we currently don’t really have in Warlock) so that we have reasons of running this and other Demon synergies!
Sphere of Sapience
It’s so good it’s almost a shame that it’s Neutral and has no requirements whatsoever to be played.
Scholomance Academy Overview Video + 2 New Unrevealed Cards? (Secret Passage, Wandmaker)
I also believe they’re likely real cards, especially since at some later point of the video we see Valeera drawing multiple cards at once, that is (most likely) Secret Passage being used.
Other than that I am really curious about the generator card of Soul Fragments, this could be very interesting. A legendary maybe? Either way I hope it is a minion and not a spell as those are definitely worse, since they have no immediate effect whatsoever on the game and you wouldn’t want to run a card solely for random/inconsistent healing anyway.
Doctor Krastinov
They already got the cancer Hunter/DH leg, if they got this one oh boy… ????
Archwitch Willow
This is no DH card, so Warlock needs good demons, not DH, for this to work. On a side note Kanrethad who is probably the best Demon synergy card we currently have also needs some more good demons to be more useful
Mozaki, Master Duelist
I think this looks awfully slow. I don’t see any legit use of this that wouldn’t be very clanky. If I’m missing something, someone please change my mind but I don’t see who would want to run this. 3/5

Has Galakrond Warrior ever been a thing though?
I tried. It didn’t work. Never. Heck if I made a Warrior deck without Galakrond, it ended up being stronger almost every time.
This is excellent. It also remembers opponent’s spell. Not only does it delay fatigue by a significant amount but it also gives value. However, for decks that lack card draw it might be counterproductive as you really don’t want to draw spells you can’t make big use of later in the game.
