Augmented Elekk
I don’t think a Miracle deck would want a card that needs about a dozen other cards to be played with it in order to be good.
Augmented Elekk
I don’t think the synergy with Fal’dorei Strider would make it worth playing in a Miracle Rogue unless that incorporates a lot of the card copying effects shown thus far. Granted, I did forget about that card, so thank you for reminding me.
If of the shuffling effects are played in the same deck, then this would be in it too, but the deck would need to be able to win without it, and I’m not really seeing it, especially if the metagame speeds up.
Augmented Elekk
Fal’dorei Strider is the only card that shuffles stuff into the deck that Miracle Rogue plays at the moment though.
Augmented Elekk
That’s a ten mana combo in a deck that struggles to deal with Aggro and midrange decks
Augmented Elekk
By the time you could do that, you’re probably losing and hardly affecting the board through your combo. If you then followed up in turns ten and eleven with Vanishes, you could live to see a massive Pogo-Hopper, but as you build that, your opponent probably amassed enough damage for game.
Augmented Elekk
This card would not make Quest Hunter viable. Playing this on turn three would either delay the quest’s completion until at least turn six or you’d have to wait until turn eight to play this and the queen at the same time.
Augmented Elekk
Augmented Elekk is incredibly specific. It’s another vanilla 3/4 with some interesting, if niche, text, so it’s not all bad.
There are applications for such an effect, Dead Man’s Hand (Which is no longer that viable without Coldlight Oracle) Pogo-Hopper, Kingsbane, and the handful of other cards that copy cards, but playing a card like this in those sorts of decks is not necessary and the space taken up by a card like this is better spent on playing control tools, healing, or draw cards. Dire Frenzy could also be useful with this, but outside of a class that can actually draw a few cards now and again, this card would hardly be worth it.
Looking at it realistically for the Poggo-Hopper Rogue deck that will see experimentation upon the set’s release, you have to wait until turn seven to guarantee the combo with Poggo-Hopper and Lab Recruiter. Playing this in Kingsbane Rogue would also be pointless since Valeera the Hollow might as well come with a second copy of Kingsbane as is and you’d be playing the Hero card anyway.
If anything, this would make Academic Espionage better since Elekk would shuffle a second copy of everything it adds to your deck and the two cards would easily curve into each other. However, you’re playing a functionally vanilla 3/4 into a turn four that consists of doing nothing to affect the board to hopefully draw a bunch of useful discounted cards.
The most interesting application of the card would probably be in Wild with the Weasel Tunneler deck that’s been floating around just as a way to get even more 1/1s shuffled into the opponent’s deck. I would be more willing to believe the hype already around the card if it had a stickier statline that a 3/4.

Are you not remembering the period of time Priest was probably the best class to play for at least six months? Every class does get it’s time in the sun and most, if not all, of the Year of the Mammoth was that time for priest.
Sure between the support of The Witchwood and this next expansion, it is a fairly disappointing time to be a Priest player, but I do think the tools, especially the deathrattle related ones, are going to work themselves into a critical mass by the time the expansion after Boomsday is released.

Yes such flexibility would make the card better, but Team 5 has been wording cards as they have recently to prevent really rather infuriating combos if pulled off. While I can’t think of anything that would be a bad beat story from this card being used against you if it could target enemy minions, the potential for such a thing happening within a community that has made it vocal that they don’t like dumb luck stealing games is probably best prevented.
I also do not thing a class getting a few bad cards when that class has been the one of the single best classes in the game as Priest was from the release of Knights of the Frozen Throne to the Patches and Raza Nerfs. Even then archetype such as Big Priest only died because many of the good control tools Priest had from Mean Streets of Gagetzahn and Barnes had rotated out.
Power Word: Replicate
He’s referring to how the gargoyle adds a coin to hand, not that playing Power Word: Replicate on it would be useful.

There are some applications for this card, especially if a Copy, Cube/Deathrattle Priest every really comes around as copies three and four of Faseless Manipulator. It can also give you a second copy of Zerek while also allowing the first one to re-summon itself.
Granted, I doubt a Cube/Deathrattle Priest would really want to play more than two copies of Faceless Manipulator though. Even in Cube Warlock, I found multiple Faceless Manipulators outside of the mirror and control match-up were rather cumbersome.
Even with all that, I would at least keep one copy of the card if you pull one from a pack just in case something come around.

I don’t think Odd Paladin would want to lower their own damage output and make big plays like Stormwind Champion more vulnerable just to get through a troublesome taunt minion or two.
Additionally, Control Paladins would rather clear the board with the two card combos made possible with Equality than just weaken it.
Shrink Ray
The deck already plays functional board wipes in the form of Raid Leader, Level Up, and Stromwind Champion given the amount of damage those cards add to a board full of Silver Hands. Plus, aggressive decks have historically not wanted to effects like this because it would lower their own damage output and make their own board more vulnerable. Murloc Paladin and Silver Hand Paladin have never played Equality, and I don’t think Odd Paladin would either if they could
Shrink Ray
An Even Warlock could swing with those two Mountain Giants before you could even play this, and if Equality set the attack of all minions to 1 instead of the heath it would see no play. I’m doubting the extra utility of this card is worth the three mana on top of the two cost of setting all minions heath to one, especially with the Pyromancer-Equality combo being one of the most ubiquitous aspects of Control styled Paladin decks and have been since the begining.
Shrink Ray
I’m not convinced Odd Paladin would even want to play board clearing effect since dropping a Raid Leader, Level Up, or Stormwind Champion on board of Silver Hand Recruits would often have a similar effect or just outright win the game if they create enough damage.
Juicy Psychmelon
I think the card should’ve cost six because that would’ve fit perfectly into the curve this card allows to be created and as it is, it’s a four mana draw four particular cards. I know Sprint sees no play and Norish has been used to ramp more often that to draw, but the fact this can complete any mid-game curve by turn four is a bit ridiculous. It’s even more ridiculous in Wild since this searches Aviana, Kun, Toggwaggle, AND Azalina.
It might not see too much play in Standard. Token doesn’t play enough high cost minions to make it worth it, Malygos Druid might because it does add Malygos, and Taunt Druid plays enough eight and nine cost minions to consistently draw two cards from it including Master Oakheart and The Lich King, but I don’t think they’d want to play it over Branching Paths since that card has a ton of versatility.
Voltaic Burst
One mana spells that spawn a pair of 1/1s have been playable in both Druid and Paladin. Granted, Living Roots could also be a damage spell and Lost in the Jungle created Silver Hand Recruits, but this also has its own benifit. That benifit being this is also functionally a damage spell to minions and the sparks are Elementals, so there can be some extra synergy with spells like Earthen Might. It may not be able to contribute or start the Elemental chain, but the tribal tag can have the occasional use.
If Token Shaman or Aggro Shaman ever returns to the meta game, this card will probably be part of that deck.
If you play this, it would be specifically as Faceless Manipulator #3 and 4.
