Free Legendary of your choice is always welcome ๐
Top Standard Legend Decks From Rise of Shadows - Week 8 (June 2019)
It’s not end of the season – it’s the highest they’ve climbed with a given deck (and reported on Twitter or other social media). Since we post those reports weekly – it would be impossible to post end of month rankings in the middle of the month, for example ๐ Since this report lined up with end of the month, SOME of those rankings might be close to their final standings at the end of the month, but no guarantees.
You’re right that the players are from different regions (we post decks from all 4 regions – mostly from EU, NA and APAC, but Chinese decks are also present on our site) and sometimes they hold #1 rank at the same time on different servers. But most of the time, player X hits #1 Legend, then a few hours later, or sometimes a few days later, another player gets a win streak and takes the #1 Legend spot from the previous player. Or the player who was holding #1 Legend played a few games and started losing and another player who won at the same time took his place. That’s usually how #1 Legend climb looks like.

No official info yet, but I would guess the usual time – around 10 AM PDT, so 19 CEST. Most of the patches, news etc. come out around that time. Of course, it might be a bit sooner, or a bit later, but probably not by much.
Arena Season 2 Starts Tomorrow (June 3, 2019) - Basic, Classic, GvG, TGT, Kara, Boomsday & RoS
Tbh it doesn’t really matter much. The most important thing is to have a run started!
If you have enough time, the best way would be to try to go for 12 wins and if you get there, start a new Arena run and play until 2 loses.
The patch should go live in ~24h so there’s still some time, but it depends on whether you feel like starting a new run now just to get a bit more rewards ๐
Mecha'thun Warrior - Shadows Post-Nerf - #83 Legend (Zaratustra)
You play Boomship to summon Maly + Mecha’thun, Inner Rage on Maly, Inner Rage on Mecha’thun and then Whirlwind.
Those need to be the only 6 cards in your hand with no other cards in your deck. Then you win the game thanks to Mecha’thun’s Deathrattle.
Boomship Bomb Warrior - Shadows Post-Nerf - #16 Legend (Fibonacci)
I think that’s a little bit too greedy ๐
Boomship Bomb Warrior - Shadows Post-Nerf - #16 Legend (Fibonacci)
I mean, yeah, probably, but you’d also want to remove Deathwing then (probably replace it with some other Dragon for the sake of Emberscale Drakes).
Boomship is a pretty big win con, though, especially if your opponent does not expect that.
Lore of Bosses: Heist of Dalaran Edition - Part 1
To be honest, she reminded me of Michael Jackson when I first saw her.
Rise of the Mechs Buffs + Recent Nerfs FAQ
Just be more careful next time, especially with Legendaries (400 vs 1,600 Dust is a big difference) ๐
Control Shaman - Shadows Post-Nerf - #19 Legend (LvGe) - Updated
2 damage for 1 mana + you can get an extra totem if you kill a 1 health minion (which you sometimes have to). It synergizes with Zentomi and Spirit of the Frog.
It’s either it or Lightning Bolt, pretty much. And while LB is 1 damage more, it also has Overload, which might matter sometimes.
Rise of the Mechs Buffs + Recent Nerfs FAQ
What do you mean? Preparation was nerfed just over a week ago. It was never nerfed before.
It was actually buffed back in the Closed Beta (it used to reduce spells by 2 mana and was increased to 3, ironically).

No, I’ve said DE Elysiana right now and wait on the Dust a bit. If it still sees play, you can get her back for no cost. If she does not, just craft another Legendary you need.
If she sees play in the future, you can craft her again with the dust you get then. Just like any other Legendary.
By keeping a nerfed Legendary, you sit on a card that might or might not see play. If you DE it and craft a viable meta Legendary you sit on a card that 100% sees play. It’s up to you.
Or just do whatever you want, you don’t have to listen to me.
The Dalaran Heist Guide โ Chapter 3: Streets of Dalaran (Heroic Strategy)
Sounds like a good strategy. So completely opposite of what I’ve been getting in my runs ๐
Rise of Shadows Post-Nerf Decks - Hearthstone Pro & Streamer Deck Lists For All Classes
I’ve seen this argument before, but I completely disagree with it. I don’t see how using the dust for something else you need is “wasting it”. Of course, if you spend your Dust compulsively on stuff you don’t really need (you’ve seen that meme Legendary in some video and want to play it, then realize that it sucks after 10 games and never play it again), that’s another story. Then you can indeed waste it. But if you use it to craft a good, meta Legendary for decks you play right now, then it’s in no way wasting. Having the dust frozen on a card that might never be played again – THAT is wasting.
If you had an option to trade a card that you don’t need now, but you might need in the future (not necessarily, you might also never need it) for a card that you’re 100% sure you need, wouldn’t you do it? That’s what dusting the nerfed cards is. You trade a nerfed Legendary for a Legendary of your choice. And you’d ALWAYS take a Legendary of your choice over a fixed one.
And even if we take the mindset of worrying about future (“I might still need it”) – Dust is ALWAYS more preferable than a card, because it’s more flexible, there’s really no exception. You can disenchant Elysiana right now and if you worry that you might need her later, you can always keep the Dust instead of using it. Have 1.6k reserved for Elysiana in case she sees play and use it only after she rotates out (I assume that most people don’t really care about Wild that much) or you’re really convinced that you won’t need her. This way if she ends up seeing play again, you just craft her with on loss with your reserved dust. And if she doesn’t, you got a full disenchant cost for free.
The only situation I see when disenchanting nerfed card is not worth it is when it sees common play right after the nerfs. E.g. if it’s only a few days after the nerfs, the meta is settling down again, and the card is still played. Then, assuming YOU are also playing it right now, keep it. But even in that case, if you don’t play any decks that run the card right now, I would also DE it, because who knows, you might not play it for the next few months and after that it might no longer be common. Well, that, or if someone has so much Dust and big collection that he really does not care, but it probably only concerns whales.

If they don’t stop seeing play at all, then I guess that there’s no need to DE them if you’re playing the deck right now. If you don’t play Rogue right now, I’d still disenchant them.
Tavern Brawl - Clockwork Card Dealer - Standard
This is the fourth time we see this Brawl (second time in Standard). Comments below this one might be outdated!
What do you mean? You should get Golden version for free after you log in. And that version was never meant to be craftable.
The regular version, however, can be crafted for 1.6k Dust (https://i.imgur.com/6CY0rhe.png).
