Here come another Zerek support card. While you may say zerek is a midrange deck it relyes heavily on drawing Zerek thanks to the deathringers. And than sticking it on field until you win. If you happen to break the chain you lose.
Is zerek good. NO. Psychic scream destroys it. It is very slow. Agroo destroys it. Control destroys it. Classes with hexes and pollymorph destroy it or turn in into a 10 mana combo just to play around double hex. The 5/5 boddy is too weak and can be removed fairly easy with double hagatha scheme. Rougue can toggwaggle scheme it and make it better than priests can. Silence kills it. Mass dispell kills it. The loss of twilight’s call makes it so you cannot rever your lost deathrattle and N’zoth is waay too high mana to be able to cast spells and restart his effects.
I like it because it is another support card for my Thaddius proest. But that deck is a bit slow for the wild format. Mirage caller was better since it can synergize with bran and give you extra tokens.
Zerek priest is just not going to work. They must hall of fame all silence and polymorphs and all 5 mana board clears. And all tempo cards.

There is no deathrattle priest in wild. And mirage caller is better stated. 2/2 is a terrible stat. Being epic just makes it a dust donor. There is quest priest but no deathrattle one. And quest priest got his cheep deathrattles.

An expanson ago i would say dust it. But with the ice blockspiromancer board clears shrink rays, ardor peacekeepers. Paladin suddenly got tons of control options. I think he has more control minions than threats any deck can muster. while simply waiting for your OTK. I mean shirvala does not deal 30 dmg. But in wild you can find use for it. Your OTK comes from a hero card and no one can play around it. So with enough time you are guaranteed to kill your oponent anyway.
Now do not compare this to tree of life. Tree of life could revitalize your minions and cast on full board can overcomve the 4/12 stats you are getting from this. And while for priest 10 mana dragon reno jackson is slow. Paladin can work with it just fine.
And it is dragon so who does not want a dragon ?
Unseen Saboteur
The skullcing gheist of th eexpansion. With the big differance that there is a point to run 2 of those. While its stats are not all that impresive i think 5 dmg is more threatening than 4. It is a heavy tech card that you will basicly need troughout of the year for shure. It is not that great at disrupting combos. It will make it so combo decks will no longer run one of their combo pieces.
And againts certain classes its very good. Like with paladin. You have a descent chance to steal a kings or some other buff. Probably if they become relevant sometime this year. And againts some other classes its just 6 mana remove itself. Much like the servant of yogg saron, but more expensive.
RNG tech cards are not that effective overall. But it is your only hope at some situations and it is better off with it than without it. Skullking gheist was mainly used to counter jade druid. And now in wild rogue and shaman’s jade decks got much more infinite. So i do not think that skullking gheist will be relevant the moment it rotates out. I predict similar fate to this card. Overall the best way to counter combo is aggro. And no tech card can make that possible. You can complain that sometimes combo becks luck out and kill you on later turn than turn 10 but aggro can kill you on turn 5.

I want to see the look on your face when you play this on turn 6, activate your oponent’s cloning gallery and die on turn 7 ๐ .
Walking Fountain
it is the the statue in the dalaran fountain. Although it is a unique building and it totally deserves to be a legendary card. If you knwo what you are looking at this is the statue turned to elemental that is leaving the fountain.
Ray of Frost
well imagine you put luna on turn 4 and on turn 5 you draw this. You cast this and than you draw another one of those. So now you are 2 mana behind and instead of drawin something relevan like a frostbolt or fireball you are 2 cards deep in your deck and 2 mana spent to basicly do nothig. If by turn 4 your oponent has no minions you must freeze your luna and than damege her just to draw.
Ray of Frost
Well Big Dumb minions usually have that bad anti freeze sunergy where they get silenced and still hit your face. And you can eat as much dmg from the few small one just as much as a big one. There is obvious good synergy with the new mana cyclone where you turn this into 2 random mage spells at the end of your turn. Vex crow and flame waker decks in wild. Where the fact that you are casting something no matter what gives you value. But having this with those cards makes it quite slow. And it does not generate that big value. There is also cryomancer but we are still not getting good winter chill effect for those to coexist in a constructed deck.
All in all Mana cyclone is not a reliable value generator it basicly transforms trashy spells into trashy spells with a chance of RNG. Antonidas is cool. Pocket galaxy antonidas is even better.
Being cheep is flexible. It is better than freezing potion. And burn mages already insta lose if you are againts decks that run healing. This removes even more burn. Exodia mages are not standart and as i mentioned the second cast sgould proc their quest since the non twin spell card did not start in your deck. And it can replace mirage callers and Cone of cold even kabalist tomes. And it kind of fits more with the mage questing theme than casting bananas to open a waygate :D.
Or if you want to havesome yogg fun. Although the spells pool got really poluted. When he came out some spells got reworked to reduse the randomness by getting a better wording. And hunter spells would be a always positive outcome. Whitch does corelate with the fact that they are archers and have ggod accuracy. So cards that can backfire for you should basicly always say that they target your oponent ๐ Just for Yog’s sake.

your shudder would just coppy its battlecry and end its effect. But in wild there already exists barnes kel’thuzard ansestral rebirth deck that can use this. It says that it copyes a different minion so you can consistenly run 2 of these and they are a bit more consistent than barnes. Although 4/4 kel’thuzards are much easyer to clean than the full stated minion. Although we should see how it goes i doubt a class card would antisynergize with its archetypes. And even than Big priest with its revives has a ton more value.

well twinspells like these would make Mana wyrm broken. But I was hoping for a twinspell that could actually give you value. Like arcane barage or something like that can make your oponent cry from the burn the card could bring him :D. Some super mana heave machine gun spell card.

if there only was a card that can freeze 3 minions and deal damage to all of them into one card. Wouldn’t that be better? Oh it is not because no one is running cone of cold. And even if you were you may not want to replace it with this. And if i am running frost nova my deck may have a stall but it kind of lacks removal since rost nova does not remove the board.

you do not remove burn spells from a burn mage deck just to add a freeze effect to the deck.

It is so shocking that lately out of nowher epeople in wild started playing secret paladin despite the fact that they all have baku :D. I guess some people felt that their already their almost 1 but not quite tier 2 deck is getting a buff. It shure works well with most of the secrets. I already have 2 secrets in my baku deck who wouldn’t want 2x avenge or 2x competitive spirit.
It kind of does not synergizes with defence matrix that much uless it gives another random minion divine shield or penance. So while it synergizes with some of the secrets it leaves 1 or 2 behind that is a bit unfair for these cards that were not designed in mind with this card. I do no think this should exist i think those secrets must get unfair advantages too :P. And i would like to see them a bit more played i love penance. And defence matrix is not half as bad as “get down”.
Overall every low cost legendary card is a wellcome addition to the game. Quite a bit chunk of the legendary cards were designed to cost a lot. And 4/3 is fair for aggro decks. Problem is that cards like kirin tor mage give you better tempo and more value and they are not legendary.
And while almost every paladin deck runs a secret or 2 drawing this with them is not that consistent.You have almost no chance to combo them properly and you are left with a simple boddy on the field. And secret pala loses its value from time to time it nevers stays tier one deck, because its secrets are easy to play around and are not that much valueable. Unlike secret mage :D, get that aluneth out of here.

With this yo ucan never have order low. Now with a bit less skil lrequired to use :D. Lock and load with a 2/2 elemental boddy to it. I don;t think you can ever missplay this,

yeah the 1 extra mana makes it a bit cluncy but you have a taunt while with the deathlord you kind of lost the big taunt and you have another threat to deal with. And combos exept for th eright minions require you to have the mana too, and are badly stated. Shudderlock is just a 6/6 you can remove it fairly easy for example.
You can also play this with the deathrattle from the hunter legendary machine. 8 hp taunt is not a joke and it does come with 3 attack so it can clear most of the bad things it can summon. Although it will not clear lich kings and rangnaroses if your oponents just so happens to play a big deck :D. than you have to play this at 8 mana shure but you are guaranteed to find a suitable target for your hexes and polys or whatever evil ways of controling your oponents deck you have. You may even combo this with entomb at 10 mana. Its a bit more fair than deathlord. And shadow mandnes this ella makes for 8 mana so you must forbidden words for 0 topsy turvy and use just one divine spirit in order to OTK in standart. Make it a bit more cheep and you get much more combo enablers.
I think ti is fairly stated and balanced. You can curve this into a wargear i am preety shure not every deck can deal with a 3/8 taunt with a single minion trade. And In wild you can reduse the cost of this. so it can be delivered on earlyer turns.

well 5 mana is odd maligos is odd. Baku is odd and with good spells you can rol lspell totems every turn.

Well ansestral call mally shaman can use this. Although not that reliably and you oponent will know if you have mally in your hand. It is a direct replacement to the faceless ones you use. But transform effect are really powerfull. We can compare this to w cheeper and weaker shadow escence for priest. And Shamans big minion decks are also still a thing just like with the rogues. well it screws your bans play but you may find a way to recover the lost value someday.
When i first looked at the art of this i thought is this some strange murloc that will make murloc shamans great again. But it kind of looks a bit more lika a baby shudderlock with a pet dog shudderlock :D. Its not something we hav seen in WoW for shure.
I know its mean streets of gadgetzan had a similar card that would cost 4 and after it attacks turns into a 6 mana minion. So cheeting some mana with evolve is a thing. If all your low cost minions are spell generated like voltaic bursts and malestorm portals or spirit wolfs etc. SO you can still have this as a good card. It may turn into a 4/4 stated lol cost minion. like argent squire. 4/4 divine shield is kind of worth 5 mana at average. but 4/4 stats is not overally amazing for 5 mana. You need sylvanas like effects. And in wild evolve likes small wide boards if you can hit 7 minions with a 1 mana evolve that means you cheeted out 7 mana worth of stats theoretically.
Well then i want anti combo cards. This is not that i meant. Those cards are totally unreliable. It is like controld decks don;t strugle enough againts aggro now they have to put that much overpriced tech cards. Time out is enough of a combo breaker. This will not see play.
