Cool deck. I just played against it with Thjis’s Dragon Quest.

Tbh I easily out valued it even though he hit Sir Finley on turn 2 and Shivallah into Sathrovarr.

Instinct says it’ll struggle to close out games without some high role action from Alexstrasza. Might be better as a control/combo hybrid as mentioned below.

Yep, I like this. Quest Druid is no longer broken but it’s still fun.

Playing Ysera is actually quite tough. Ideally you want to follow it up with floop but if you’re at the bottom of your deck your board fills up very quickly and you waste a lot of the summons. Sathrovarr might be a decent shout for more value; getting a big dragon to stick is like to happen at some point in the game.

Good nerds. Hopefully agro chills a bit now. Also hopefully there’ll be less resurrect priest: playing against that deck is like pulling teeth out.

I’d probably try and go down the Maly route to give you another win con. Definitely needs the spell stone in the deck as well.

Off the top of my head Holy Wrath Paladin. It literally wins you the game (not to mention it’s so satisfying).

I’d be tempted to keep it vs Shaman as well. Deals with either the 8/8 rushes or Wolf packs very effectively.

I’ve been playing HS since 2014 and I still suck hard at making my own decks. This is the perfect article to encourage and help with that. Not only can you use it to create your own day one decks but you can apply the same ideas to other classes as well.

I really hope we get similar articles for the rest of the classes.

I feel like this is 90% a meme card and 10% potentially useful in some fringe cases. Generally neutral cards are tech cards which aren’t always useful.
If you’re playing a control mage deck against a non-weapon based hero you can turn that useless Acidic Swamp ooze for something more useful for instance.
The card seems fun and at least semi-viable. I’m glad it exists.

I recently had Brann hero with golden Brann + Murloc deck: was absolutely silly. Chaining battlecrys with Murlocs is so satisfying.

Actually quite like this card for quest rogue. Any card that gives me the chance to get Shudderwock for Tess is ok with me.

It’s an 8 mana 12/12. That’s insane. Control warrior wants this card.

Evolve was clearly a mistake and one I hope Blizzard resolve ASAP.

I was really excited about playing N’Zoth again, he’s always been one of my fav cards. However Kahtut defender makes him miserable to play against. Without that card N’Zoth would be fine.

I do have a feeling that Blizzard are using this as a it of a test and we’ll see more in the future (maybe once a year) The power level differences in the cards chosen is massive. Hopefully next time warlock gets some love. *cough Rin Cough*

To be fair there are SO many different combos to play with this deck.

The deck is totally playable without Jepetto. I’d definitely go with Dreampetal florist..who I actually think is better anyway.
