Dwarven Sharpshooter
If you’re not here for the Value then your Defentially hear for the Dire Maul Stats. 5 Stars.
Dragonbane
This is more to do with Hearthstone trying to make Hunter into a more Control-Style Deck, but regardless, Mech Hunters can Rejoice for the next 4 month, because I can see this card being pretty Crazy, up until Both Zilliax and SN1P-SN4P are gone when April Arrives. What was once impossible to make Hunter a Control Deck is now finally possible. I’ve learned my Mistakes when I first saw Armorgadillo, and I thought that it was a Pathetic card. BOY, WAS I WRONG. so I think Hunters can rest assure that Dragonbane will be a nice card, or perhaps even a core card for many hunter decks in the future, especially since it’s a Mech. Even if SN1P-SN4P and Zillax are gone, Dragonbane will still be a very good card. And with that, I’m going to give it 5 stars.
Lightning Breath
Is an arguably better Lightning Storm. And hey, Shaman did play a bit of Dragons himself, with the Help of Shudderwock, so sure. 5 Stars.
Ysera, Unleashed
Bear in mind that you could either have a 3/2 Minion, to even a 12/12 Minion. At average Let’s just assume that we are getting a 4/6 Minion, or even a 3/4 Minion. That is still pretty damn good since Rouge had 4/4 Nerubians. Players just don’t want to get shaved by getting a bunch of bad dragons, but even if that is the case, Even adding in something as drawing out a Free Faerie Dragon. You could Argue it feels similar to Omega Assembly, expect Delayed, or Dr.Boom Discovering a Mech. I’m going to say that this card is completely fine, and it deserves 5 Stars. Sure it’s slow, but mind you that Druid isn’t how Druid once was anymore. Yes still has AOE ground Control and yes Druid is still a Ramping Monster of a Hero, but Druid is still going to feel how Druid always was. Either Milling himself out to get the best cards possible or playing it slow and steady (which is what he’s been doing anyway.) This is just another card that Druid has put in his Bucketlist.
Shield of Galakrond
Choose wisely, folks. and Let’s pretend that N’Zoth never existed for one moment. What is truly better? 4 extra health, or to upgrade your Galakrond? So far Rouge is having a blast with N’Zoth, and she’s playing as much N’Zoth as much as she can before it disappears, and once it does, it’s going to feel awkward again for Rouge, but Intriguing for the rest of the League of EVIL. I would say that this card is fine, or if not Better then Rotten Applebaum, but only if you are going for Galakrond. Which is why I’m going for 4 Stars since not Every deck can add in a few Taunt Minions unless it’s what the Meta says for us.
Seal Fate
A slightly worse version of Shadow Bolt, but you can upgrade Galakrond.
I don’t know how I exactly feel about this since we have SI:7 Agent, but maybe we could have this card for more of a MidRange-y- Rouge. This is deferentially an awkward card to have though, I must say. We are just weirded out to how we can shove Seal Fate in, and then once we finally realize it, we can finally say that Seal fate is either “OP OP” or pretty much trash unless this is an interaction we can do with Seal Fate since it is a Spell Card. 3 Stars.
Galakrond, the Nightmare
Being able to add in 12 Mana into your hand is something, but I feel like players are just going to go for Galakron, the Apocalypse since I see the 5/2 Claw just being a nice feature when Rouge already has Mirage Blade. With that being said, Lackey Rouge, or the New Invoke Rouge is a very interesting feature, and especially when Hearthstone is setting up for the Next Year of the Expansion, (Which also Includes both Zilliax and SN1P-SN4P to be removed from play as well.
With the powers of Lackeys that we going to have for the next 16 months or so is going to Amp it up for Rouge, and Especially with the help of King Togwaggle if you happen to have that card too. The Power of Lackey Rouge, couldn’t be any sweeter if you were looking for a constant amount of barrages of all sorts of lackeys. The only reason why I’m giving it 4 stars is because this is dedicated to doing with more of a Midrange / Control Style Rouge, with Rouge choosing a bunch of Invoke Cards up amp up Galarond and with Rouge pretty much feeling the same as she’s always been, and how the next overall year is going to be for Rouge. For now, I feel like Rouge doesn’t have to play with a bunch of Lackeys just yet, but when April comes, Depending on what the April Expansion is going to do, Rouge is just going to be covered with lackeys, because of how much value is going to be. perhaps I’m looking too much into the future, but it’s regardless to see Rouge with a new Legendary Hero Card.
Mischief Maker
Yeaaaaah… yeah, Alright. I’ll give you that. I guess I wasn’t seeing the power that Mischief Maker had at first, so maybe I could be proven wrong.
Wasteland Scorpid
Eeh. Put it with the Rest. 1 Star, because it’s too expensive, even if it is a better Maexxana.
Phalanx Commander
I mean… it’s a cool Niche Card, but the only deck that can REALLY use this is Shaman (You’d be surprised as to how many taunts Shaman has), and Warrior. But I Phalanx Commander sadly gets the short end of the stick, for my tastes. 2 Stars.
Faceless Lurker
It’s a really nice Handbuff Card, to a put where it behaves as it’s own Twilight Drake.
Twilight usually happens to be at around 4-7 Health on Average and 8-10 for Hand/Control style Cards. So, Faceless Lurk is around Twilight Drake’s Health but it’s a bit more expensive. I think It will see play for Handbuff Cards, and for certain Control Cards. 4 Stars, I have hope that this card will see some play.
Ramkahen Wildtamer
Eeeeeh… I mean, it’s nice, but you need to be more creative than “Just use Beast Hunter lol”. So although the Flavour is Cool, it’s not as easy it looks. 3 Stars.
It’s a Later Game Stonehill Defender, expect for Dragons. 5 Stars.
