Ysera the Dreamer
This is a 9 Mana 4/12 that gives you an “Un’Goro Pack”. In this case, it’s a “Ysera” Pack, and along with her you will also get these guys specifically:
–
Dream, which is a Shadowstep is actually pretty nice. and you can essentially keep infinitely Dream Ysera In and out of Battle to your hearts content if you so desire. I know for me for example where there will be niche moments where I do need to Dream out Ysera, but purely becuase I need Ysera Awakens.
Speaking of Ysera Awakens, this is a 2 Mana, Deal 5 damage to all minions, BUT Ysera, so this can be used to REALLY Clear u the board when Heart of C’Thun was not Enough.
We have Nightmare – Which is just a 0 Execution Move, let’s be real. Though you can use it on a frozen minion, and then giving it a nightmare, for a delayed Destroy, when you are kinda desperate for removal, or you’re just trying to clean up some of the Emerald Trash that year gave you.
Emerald Drake – And speaking of Emeralds. Your 4 mana 7/7 is here to help you, too.. uh. just pretend he has 7 health.
And then we have the redheaded stepchild of a Laughing Sister. It’s just a 3 Mana 3/5 to toss away and to have some form of a body.
So in total, out of all of these cards that Ysera gives you, let’s be real, you’re just there for Ysera Awakens, to Clear the board. I mean, the 4 mana 7/7 *cough* it’s also nice as well, but You’re really just here for the Awakens.
I’m going to give Ysera 4 Stars, just becuase she just gives you a bunch of trash to work around with, but With her Awakening, It’s basically a 2 ana “Brawl” In a sense. And Hey, if you happen to have Spell Damage, you could even have a Twisting Nether, too. One Dream at a time.
Resizing Pouch
Ooh, whoops. I keep thinking that It’s Illidan and Malfurion. FOr some reason, I imagining the Brothers, not Malfurion and Rexxar. That’s my Human Error. Regardless, It’s still pretty strong, and if that’s the case then Highlander Hunter Might try it out. My bad.
Mistrunner
Mistrunner is a Scary Handbuffing Card, for a 5 Mana Card, because although if you were to do the Math of “4 Mana 4/4, along with 1 Overload”, and maybe many would even consider Mistrunner a 3 cost card if it were just a blank 4/4 Card, I’d say Mistrunner is the most Fair Card out of all the Darkmoon Races Cards, it’s just as scary. The face that you can give a minion a Handbuff, and you’re also getting a decent body is very nice. You can even try and buff a minion, into Animated Broom for 2 Strong Rush Minions.
3.5 Stars (3 Stars.)
Guidance
4 Stars, for a 2 Mana “Draw 2”, Guidance will be used. Druid just wants spells, but Shaman loves them.
Dark Inquisitor Xanesh
I think that this just made Y’Shaarj Priest, assuming that Priest will try and spam as much Corrupted Cards as possible. We’ll see if Y’sharrj Priest will, however, be an Actual Deck, or if it’s way to Memey. 3 Stars, has Potential.
Libram of Judgment
It’s Uther of the Ebon Blade, but just the Weapon itself. If you think that Grave Vengeance was a Powerful Sword, then you’ll Love Libram of Judgement. The 5 Lifesteal Really adds up and helps you a TON, but only if you can manage to pull it off. Judging that you need at least 8 or more mana to upgrade Libram of Judgement, it’s going to be rough, but assuming that it has the word “Libram” on it, This just went from a 2.5-Star Card to a 4.5 Star Card.
Ironclad
It’s basically a 3 mana 4/6 more or less. This is effectively Druid’s Dream Drake, but for Warrior’s Mech. Regardless, it’s a powerful Mech, And I think it’s strong enough that it might even go for Menegarie as well. A 3 Mana 4/6, especially on Turn 3 or 4 is no laughing matter.
4 Stars.
Deathwarden
Just play this in Duels, and Every Slate Player will hate you.
6 Stars in Duels, as an Anti-Slate Card.
Bola Shot
It’s not that great of a Card unless you have Spell Damage. then it would be in a way a “4 mana, Deadl 2 Damage to a minion and 3 to its neighbours. Use it at your will, but I’m going to say 2 stars, just because I’m too scared to give it 1 star because I know that they’re going to be that one specific deck out there that will use and Abuse Bold shot, but I can’t think of it right now. Maybe it’s Highlander Hunter? Can’t say for sure.
Just remembered. It’s Vereesa Windrunner’s Bow, that gives you +2 Spell damage. So yeah, that means it can be dealing 3 damage to a minion, but 4 to its neighbours. I think it is Highlander Hunter then, but that Combo is SO Specific, that I don’t know if it’ll even work.
Arbor Up
We’ve seen Priest doing this ina way with Psyche Split. So for Druid to effective have a 5 Mana 2 4/3s at minions sounds pretty absurd, but scary at the same time. For some Druids out there, this may only take up to Turn 3 at earilest, while for other Druids, they might go for it whenever the token is right. Overall, 4 Stars. I think Arbor Up Will be Escpially Used for Some Druids.
Glacier Racer
This Card is just nuts because you can just use Glacier Racer, into Frost Nova, and there you go. Or you use this along with blizzard and not only are all minions Frozen but you now tel a total of 5 Damage to EACH enemy minion. It’s Defentially a Card for Mages to have at least in mind, or maybe even 1 copy of Glacier Racer at minimum. 4.5 Stars. (4 Stars.)
Hysteria
Hysteria is a nice card. It may not be Mass Hysteria, but it’s still nice Regardless. Mind you that you can choose an enemy minion to try and make it attack each other. 4 Stars, very powerful spell.
Backfire
6 Stars, I don’t care what you say. IT’S 3 MANA DRAW 3. Whaaaaah! What were they thinking!
Felsaber
Eeh. It’s a “5 Mana 5/6 Demon”. But why bother playing Felsaber, when you have Bladed Ladies? I don’t understand. 1 Star, will probably never see any actual play.
Crabrider
Eeh. At first, you may think that it’s an absolutely terrible card, but it’s meant for Handbuffs, or for Murloc Paladin Specifically, along with Rally. That’s where Crabride truly shines.
It’s a 1.5 Star Card for Most Classes, but it’s a 3.5 Star card for Paladin, and Maaaaybe Priest, if he decided to play Murloc Priest, because of Rally.
Illidari Studies
You need to consider that when you Generate a card, it ALWAYS goes to the rightest of your hand. So you will ALWAYS Guarantee an Outcast Outcast Card. This can effectively be an extra Guarantee Skull of GUl’Dan for example. That’s how powerful Illiari studies is. Now the reason why I’m not giving it 5 stars, is because you are going to look for other Outcast Cards instead because can still be just as nice, like for example, generating an Eyebeam, even the Star Student herself. 4 Stars.
Felfire Deadeye
Great for Regardless, as long as your going Aggro, or Tempo. For Hunter, it’s another Tour Guide, but for Demon Hunter, they can use their Hero Powerful, for Completly Free, so long as it stays alive. I think that this is THE Card that a LOT of both Hunters and Demon Hunters were searching for, and now they finally got it. Though I still believe that Hunter would still prefer Tour Guides, they can still use 1 copy for Felfire Deadeye.
5 Stars.
Runaway Blackwing
Twin Tyrant was nice, but however a Twin Tyrant but instead, fused as one. This Minion is Escpially powerful for when you are playing a N’zoth Deck. Whenever you play Runaway Blackwing, and N’zoth, you effectively killed off 2 of the enemy minions. It’s not as completely useless as you imagine, since it is big enough of a threatening minion. If anything, it’s first killing a minion, to which the Enemy has to use a Big Minion and a small minion just to kill off Black wing, or a Big Minion and a spell. As worst-case Scenario, it’s a 9 Mana, “Destroy a Random enemy minion, then it dies. Your opponent loses 4 mana next turn.
Don’t underestimate this card. the 9 Mana 9/9 is filler, yes, but that Passive is beyond deadly, so long as it stays alive. Which I think it would.
4 Stars.
This is THE Core Card that both Aggro and Tempo have been loving this whole time, especially for you have some Card Draw yourself, but it’s still not enough; Malygos will be your “Grand Finale” Of trying to draw out as much as you can. You can effectively think of Malygos as Octosari, expect you don’t burn 3-5 of your cards if you’re playing anything that isn’t aggro or tempo, so it’s nice for everyone to have. The only problem you need to have with Malygos is that you WILL Burn a card if you are a Midrange or a Control, so make you are ready to wait that you just so happen to burn that one card that you didn’t want to burn. But for the cost of allowing you to draw up to a total of 10 cards even (I’d say you’ll average draw about 3-5 cards if your Control, and 4-7 if your midrange, I’d say it’s pretty worth burning that one card, even if it might be that one that you DIDN’t want to burn. (Unless it’s C’thun cards, that would suck.)
Unlike Backfire, where you seem to not able to even use it unless you are Aggro, Malygos will be flexible by any means. And for that, I’m going to give it 4 stars. I almost gave it 5, I’m not gonna lie, but assuming that there are also hand decks out there, or You could even have a 9 mana Draw 1-2 from time to time, Malygos can get Clunky, for when you have cards that you just don’t want to play yet. For Aggro this isn’t a probably, but for a more Control oriented Deck, It is.
