Yeah… tbh, the more I look at it, the more I feel the HP is good the the battlecry REALLY needs to be buffed. Hopefully it will!

I feel like there are multiple flaws about the weapon… as you point out, you can use it for big damage IN THE EVENT that your opponent runs big minions. However, the big damage you deal to them is the big damage you take yourself. Even for Control Warrior, this is an important point, because you might just want to clear that minion with Coerce and then go face with the hammer. 3 less damage on your opponent, 8 less on your face. To me this is a situation that shows that all too often, you’ll just want to ram into face with this, which effectively makes this 10 face damage spread over two turns. I agree it’s useful in the event of a big Taunt, but that’s about it : in other scenarios, it just sounds more reasonable to go face rather than hit an enemy minion, provided that enemy minion has enough health to survive the strike.
Basically, while good on paper, the effect on such a weapon with such stats sounds awkward and clunky to me. Feels like it’s just gonna come in clutch in those specific scenarios. A 5/2 wep with an upside for a 7 mana hero card is not terrible, but it’s not on par with game winning battlecries, such as Xyrella’s. I’d be glad to be proved wrong though.

Buff-worthy is all I can say. The Battlecry in particular is super meh. Not only is 5 damage too much for small minions and insufficient for big ones, you only get two uses of this weapon, battlecry can be negated by weapon removal which will decidedly get more popular this expansion… it’s just not looking great overall for Rokara. Almost all of the Hero cards have way more impactful effects. The only situation that this is good in is as a surprise against an opponent who happens to be low on Health and plays big minions. I like the HP but it’s not game winner by itself.

The Hero Power is good but Rokara feels underwhelming as a whole.
HP’s good, don’t get me wrong, but the Battlecry feels slightly underwhelming and so does the HP. I like the HP but it’s not gonna be game winning, thing is, the Battlecry neither. A 5/2 Weapon in terms of pure stats isn’t really all that good, and the effect is in fact limited to big minions, since the weapon has 5 Health your opponent can play against it by having only or mostly trash minions anyway. Also, you only get two uses of this weapon. It’s really not that great.

I think so. Wording implies each one of those is chosen at random from the pool of spells you have played for that school.
Sigil of Reckoning
The real good thing about this spell is that it’s Fel, meaning Jace can use it again.
Iceblood Tower
Yeah but. 10 MANA. Unless you cast this with the minion that casts big spell from your hand this is a SUPER slow play. Reminds me of Frozen Secrets.
Balinda Stonehearth
I feel like this expansion, they have been pushing several synergy cards for different classes without the cards that they would actually work with. Looks like maybe of this set’s cards will be dead on release but become relevant as future expansions come around.

Well, Burgle has never been a great performance meta deck due to inconsistency, but it has been viable in the past.

Doesn’t look too bad actually. Maybe Demon Hunter Deathrattle? Freezing doesn’t seem like it’s in their gameplan, but it doesn’t sound like something they wouldn’t want, either.

I mean, it ain’t bad. Doesn’t seem too broken either. Pretty balanced.
Yeah, that’s the one thing it could do. It does deny Taunt. Besides that, Rokara’s damage output is unimpressive for the steep price of 7.
It needs to be either discounted to 6 (okay) or 5 (good), or add something to that sad, sad battlecry
