All Reworked Signature Cards From The Festival of Legends Hearthstone Expansion
Sadly there are no plans for that. March of the Lich King cards had their artwork requested in those greyish-bluish colors, so there are no “colored” versions of the artwork for easy updates. And I guess that paying artists to do them again is too much cost for something from a previous expansion.
I would love to see them updated, though.
Festival of Legends Final Hearthstone Card Reveal Livestream - Last 22 Cards Revealed - March 30, 2023
Yes, that’s the plan, I will work on that over the weekend. I have a lot of Core Set cards to update.
Hearthstone 25.6.3 Patch Notes - Battlegrounds Balance Updates, Bug Fixes (Including Duels' From Golden Light)
Thanks for the suggestion, it’s not a bad idea, I’ll ask the devs about it. But I’ll be completely honest, it would probably have a pretty low priority so don’t expect it anytime soon.
All Changes To The Hearthstone Core Set 2023 - 73 Cards Rotate In & Out + 40 Card Adjustments
I was also really surprised. After seeing all of the new Rogue “bounce” cards from the expansion, I thought that they release them BECAUSE they plan to rotate out Shadowstep. But I guess not.
All Changes To The Hearthstone Core Set 2023 - 73 Cards Rotate In & Out + 40 Card Adjustments
This specific post is about Core Set rotation – Core cards are free so you can’t disenchant them.
But all of the 2021 expansions are rotating out of Standard with the next expansion’s launch. If Standard is the only game mode you play, then yeah, you can just disenchant all of the cards that rotate out. But it will obviously hurt your ability to play Wild, Duels, many Tavern Brawls, and maybe some other game modes in the future (who knows what they might release).
Top Standard & Wild Legend Decks - March of the Lich King (+Return to Naxxramas) Week 15 - March 2023
Sadly our website still doesn’t support ETC bands/codes. We tried to make it work, but it’s more difficult than we thought because it completely changes the deck code logic. I don’t think any website has implemented it yet because of that.
However, if you click on the deck’s name and go to its page, I post ETC’s band (sideboard) in the description. That’s the workaround for now.
I really plan to get around to updating Wild Tier List, but you’re right, I think it will be better to just remove it until that happens.
Patch 25.6 Known Issues - Temporary Battlegrounds Bans, Visual Bugs, Official Deck Builder
There were, as listed in the issues, but they were already fixed at the time I posted this. Blizzard quickly figured out that they have something to do with Enahnce-o-Mechano’s buddy and disabled the Hero temporarily.
Unless they messed something up and the issues were still there, but I haven’t heard about them after the fix.
Festival of Legends Guide - New Hearthstone Expansion - Cards, Reveals, Release Date, New Mechanics, and More!
Most likely with Patch 26.0. If I had to make a guess, I would say March 30 or April 4. But I’m inclined toward April 4. The expansion patch usually drops either on the first Tuesday or Thursday after the reveal season ends. The last one (25.0) dropped exactly a week before March of the Lich King’s release, and if the April 11 date is correct (I based it on the pre-order dates) then April 4 would be exactly a week before that.
Festival of Legends Guide - New Hearthstone Expansion - Cards, Reveals, Release Date, New Mechanics, and More!
Yes, March of the Lich King Signature Cards will also be disenchantable. At least those you get from the packs – those from rewards track probably won’t be (like any free Legendary).
Festival of Legends Guide - New Hearthstone Expansion - Cards, Reveals, Release Date, New Mechanics, and More!
Yes, it works, devs confirmed it.
E.T.C., Band Manager
“Will it allow duplicate/triple cards?”
It won’t, you still need to follow normal deck building rules. It’s a bit like you were building a 33 cards deck.
Festival of Legends Guide - New Hearthstone Expansion - Cards, Reveals, Release Date, New Mechanics, and More!
Yes, and you will have to make a different playlist for each class.
Shop Update: Paladin & Warlock Skin Bundles + Battlegrounds Emotes
Sorry, I thought that it isn’t a new skin but rather a repeat. That’s because I googled it and it showed that it was released months ago. I’ll update the post and add it soon.
Top Standard & Wild Legend Decks - March of the Lich King (+Return to Naxxramas) Week 12 - February 2023
I’m not really sure about that “complete counter”. According to HSReplay stats, the deck has a 40/60 matchup vs Frost DK and 60/40 vs Evolve Shaman. So yes, it’s a solid deck against Evolve, but it still struggles to beat Frost DKs. And it has a lot of other bad matchups.
Maybe you found some build that works, but I think that the deck would be more mainstream if it countered two most popular and powerful meta decks.
"Wild Summit" at Blizzard - Big Changes Coming To Wild Format Soon?
I’ve been a proponent of the “rotating format” for a very long time. I think it would be really fun to have those ever-changing metas while still being able to play with some older cards.
It would also make things interesting by making tons of older cards viable. A card that’s weak in the current wild format might be very strong in this “pocket meta” of a given rotation.
However, the only thing I’m afraid of is the cost. Wild is more stable and it’s pretty easy to keep up with as long as you own the most important cards. With different cards being viable each rotation, players who haven’t been playing for years now would have a difficult time playing anything – and crafting things that will just rotate out very soon and then might not be playable in that format for years is a big ask. I think they would need to somehow make this kind of format cheaper and more accessible for it to be successful.
"Wild Summit" at Blizzard - Big Changes Coming To Wild Format Soon?
Yeah, I think it would be a good middle-groud. I’m just a bit worried about splitting the Wild population even further – the format is already not nearly as popular as Standard (it was in China, but that was an exception) and such eternal formats rarely appeal to new players (so the Wild community is probably shrinking rather than getting bigger).
Hearthstone 25.4.1 Patch Notes - Battlegrounds & Arena Balance Adjustments, Bug Fixes
Colossal minions were always excluded from the pool of random summons, including evolve effects. Not sure why Blizzard decided to do it, maybe because randomly summoning them would be too strong, but that was how they always worked – until Blazing Transmutation that is.
25.4 Patch Notes - Return to Naxxramas Mini-Set, Battlegrounds, Mercenaries & Arena Updates, New Cosmetics, Bug Fixes
Yes, there will be no new Mercs added unless they change their mind for some reason.
Blizzard Game Servers Closed Down in China Today
Those weren’t removed because of China. Blizzard never said that, it was just a fan theory that honestly didn’t make sense.
It didn’t make sense because the Chinese game client already had alternative art for many cards (mostly depicting skeletons/corpses), so if it was about China they would just “censor” it there and nowhere else.
Thank you, I was copy-pasting it while multitasking and forgot to change the class names. Fixed it.
