How To Get Mysteries of the Phoenix Card Back - Barrens Secret "???" Achievement - FULL SOLUTION INSIDE!
Not including “actual” rewards in stuff like that is on purpose. You have some crazy achievements in WoW that only give you a title (titles could be sort of equivalent of HS’s card backs – just a bit harder to get) or some cosmetic stuff. Even in HS you have very, very difficult achievements that don’t really give you anything outside of Achievement Points (which are useless right now). But we have people who hunt every single one of them just for the sake of doing it.
If you give actual rewards for those, players will feel “forced” to do them, since they have a tangible reward to work towards. If you don’t – it’s just for fun. No one has to do it, no one feels forced to do it, but they still get something extra if they do it.
Lots of people solve puzzles for fun and no rewards at all. For example, there were tons of people who don’t even play Hearthstone at all solving them on the Discord channel. That’s why I think that card back is a good reward – you don’t feel like you did all of that for nothing, but then again no one will feel like they have to go through it to build their collection.
From my perspective, I had so much fun trying to help solve those as much as I can. Of course my help wasn’t great, I mostly focused on spreading the word and keeping everyone updated (since that’s my job), but it was one of the most fun experiences I had in HS in a long time. I would do all of it even if there was no reward at all! But that might just be me.

Sorry to hear that. Did you make sure that you gave everything to everyone? You should be left with 10g and nothing else at the end.
As for the second issue – it usually occurs when players play another card during their turn besides the necessary ones. But if you’re doing it right and it doesn’t give you… maybe it thinks that you’ve already finished the puzzle? Hard to say :/
Battlegrounds Quilboar Guide: What Are They and How Do They Work?
Remember when Elementals first launched? They were completely broken. It looks like balancing of new things is not Blizzard’s strong suite 😀
But there should be a Constructed balance update soon (according to Alec Dawson’s announcement, it should be coming out next week), so they will probably fit some BG balance changes in there too.
Patch 20.2 Known Issues - Glaivebound Adept Missing, Tavern Regular Achievement Portraits, Shop Issues And More
Hahah, I guess that’s better than nothing… Still, I hope that it will get fully fixed soon.
Tavern Regular Achievement (Total Rewards Track Level) Hero Portraits - Full List, How To Get Them
Yep, that’s exactly how it works. It’s cumulative from all the rewards track, including Darkmoon Faire.
I just l claimed mine and I’m already on the way to get a 2nd one later this expansion 🙂 Still need a little bit over 100 levels, though.
(Last Chance) Dame Hazelbark Hero Set ($9.99 or 1500 Gold) And Darkspear Card Back ($2.99 or 500 Gold) Available In Shop Through May 10
Hmm, I think that it has a lot of meme value. It’s one of those “so bad that it’s good” kind of things.
Tavern Regular Achievement (Total Rewards Track Level) Hero Portraits - Full List, How To Get Them
I wouldn’t call 200 levels “just”, it’s still a lot, it will take most of the players at least 2 expansions to get there (keep in mind that majority of the playerbase is more casual). And that’s just for one. Compared to others that are just straight up bought with money/gold or obtained for free, they will still be quite rare for some time.
They will definitely become common after a year or two, but I don’t expect to see a lot of them overall (most likely more on high rank ladder, since it has way more dedicated players on average).
How Good Are the New Battle-Ready Hearthstone Decks? Which Ones You Should Pick Based on Power and Value?
Dust values don’t count Core cards, but they do count Mankrik.
We’ve decided to count Mankrik since it’s only free for now. The card will become a regular Legendary you can open in packs (and disenchant) after this expansion 🙂
And as for your previous question – looking at pure value, yes, getting one of the decks is a much better deal than buying packs for $20 (assuming you want some cards from it).
Patch 20.2 Is Now Out! (On PC, Mobile Is Always Late) - Quilboars & New Heroes in Battlegrounds, Battle-Ready Decks, New Hero Portraits And More!
It’s bugged right now, people who were already above 200 got it automatically claimed. Let’s hope it gets fixed soon.
Masters Tour Orgrimmar Top 8 - Deck Lists, Stats & Results!
Everyone knew that Paladin will be heavily targeted, so many players decided to not bring it at all.
In general, there were a lot more Paladins in the tournament, they just didn’t get that high placements, because their line-ups got targeted.
Control Priest, for example, is great in the format. The deck works well against Paladin and has mostly okay & good matchups, but the only thing really keeping it in check is Control Warlock. Control Warlock can be simply banned when playing in tournament.
Then, popularity of Control Priest is the reason for so many Spell Mages in high positions – Spell Mage is the worst (popular) Priest matchup other than Warlock, especially the Lunacy build. On ladder, non-Lunacy build is mostly better, because Lunacy is now useless against Aggro… but if you expect a lot of Priests, then you can target them with this tech.
Always keep in mind that tournament meta is often very different than ladder meta, because you a) you know your opponent’s deck lists and b) you can ban one of the decks.
How Good Are the New Battle-Ready Hearthstone Decks? Which Ones You Should Pick Based on Power and Value?
The truth is that most of people who like to netdeck already did it, and most of people who prefer to play homebrew decks won’t change their mind just because they can buy full decks now.
It’s just a more efficient way to get full decks for “netdeckers” who already spend money on the game, nothing more, nothing less.
Council Control Warlock - #318 Legend (Dunkadoodle) - The Barrens
I don’t know why website produced the wrong code (it actually works when you import it into the official deck builder, just not the game).
Here’s the correct one: AAECAfqUAwbP0gP83gPO4QOwigSPnwSFoAQMyLkDrMsDzNIDzdIDjtQDxt4D5uED9eMD+OMDkuQDg6AE56AEAA==
Alleria Is Once Again Available For Purchase (Update: Price Increased, Available For Gold Too)
We already had her available for Gold a month ago, I don’t think that they will rotate her in again any time soon. Maybe in the future, but I wouldn’t expect her this year.
Balance Changes Will Be Discussed Next Week After Masters Tour, Coming The Week After
I’d say that Xanesh is very strong, but his problem is not strength, but rather consistency. If you get him on curve, you’re actually playing a solid deck with all the cheap Corrupts. But if you don’t… It feels like an Arena deck, lol.
Yes, he should discount Corrupted cards too IMO. It makes more sense. But I don’t think that it would make the deck any more viable (what it would need is more ways to discount Corrupt cards or some ways to tutor Xanesh).
Battle-Ready Decks Announced, Get Full Viable Meta Decks For $19.99 Instead Of Buying Packs
The answer for your question is in FAQ section:
What happens if I buy a Battle-Ready Deck but I already have most of the cards?
You’ll get those cards again as duplicates, which you can choose to disenchant if you’d like.
Are Control Decks Any Good in Forged in the Barrens?
Yes, any minion with “Can’t attack” can attack after being Silenced (since Silence causes card text to no longer apply).
Battle-Ready Decks Announced, Get Full Viable Meta Decks For $19.99 Instead Of Buying Packs
Well, I don’t think that they’ve planned to nerf Tickatus anyway. And honestly, it seems more like a marketing thing, I can’t imagine them not nerfing any of the cards in those decks if they will actually require some nerfs.
Yeah, it’s crazy. Stuff like the Druid’s maze or Hunter’s shop would take me weeks to figure out (if I would find out how to activate them in the first place), and people did it in mere hours.
The only easy one was Warrior, tbh. With some trial and error I would easily do it myself. Rogue – maybe too, but just by dumb luck (and I think that’s how it was first done – someone brute-forced it, haha). But the last two… damn.
