60% Winrate Control Hunter
Looks very cool! Card choices make sense to me (maybe second explosive trap?!?)
Something I considered, when Houndmaster Shaw has been released, was putting him in a list with Master Oakheart. Haven’t done it yet, but maybe that’s the list for it.
I’m going to try it out today!
Thanks for the list! π
Tavern Brawl Top 2 - Standard
Pls, blizzard, give us top 3, top 4, top 5 tavern brawl, too π
Cognitive Biases in Hearthstone - Gambler's Fallacy (#1)
I donβt no about the co-worker or the White House, but be sure, that the law of large numbers exists in hearthstone. (-> after playing your 10000th activated Spiteful Summoner in Spiteful Druid, each of the 5 different 10-Drops will have popped up roughly 2000 times.
I like the article. Even, if you know such kind of things, itβs hard to take them into consideration all the time or simply forget about them while playing. Good knowledge, good reminder!

Comment should be a reply to @Glazer @RDUNeil, sorry π

Analyzing The Upcoming Balance Changes - How Will They Affect The Meta?
Well written article, as always, thanks π
I’m wondering, if some sort of Combo/Inner Fire Priest will make a comeback in the meta. I’m experimentating with a list currently, and it feels like it doesn’t need much to be very good. For the most part I’m impressed how fast it can get on the board, while still cycling effectively through the deck.
Upcoming Balance Changes: Nerfs to Naga Sea Witch, Spiteful Summoner, Dark Pact, Possessed Lackey, Call to Arms, and The Caverns Below!
Completely agree on your Stonehill Defender argument. I’ve already commented the same thing below. I also think that the nerfs care decently about Even Paladin, but Paladin as a class is going nowhere, especially curve-wise.

I agree with you on both, and in both cases Stonehill Defender is a huge part of the problem.

I like the Spiteful nerf the most. It was the easiest, though.
I hate them for not touching Tarim…
Most Overrated Cards From The Witchwood Expansion
I tried her and sometimes i was that much under pressure on 6 that I couldn’t even play her…
It’s a weird card, if you ask me, but I wouldn’t write it off completely.
Most Overrated Cards From The Witchwood Expansion
Yeah, she would be a lot better if you could play her earlier.

Lady in White on two would break the game, I’m pretty sure π
Demon Handlock; Paladin Killler
Hey!
Cool deck, nice alternative warlock list and good guide, thanks!
But why not dark pact? I’m pretty sure it would help the deck a lot.
Most Overrated Cards From The Witchwood Expansion
Thanks for the article! It’s kind’a funny to see where we were wrong and why. π
The card that disappointed me the most so far is Wingblast. I played around with it and know I think the only decktype it could be valuable would be a sticky minion, board swarming deck like Zoo with Imp Gang Boss and Possessed Villager (Karazhan Meta). But unlike Warlock, Hunter could not even make up for the card slot with Lifetap…
Militia Commander performed very good for me in DMH Warrior, as a defensive Rush Minion, getting the 2 for 1often enough, and I liked it more than Crowley most of the time. The deck isn’t very good but the Rush Package works there for my liking.
Mind Blast Priest ft. Vivid Leeroy (Rank 5-2, 76%)
I know what you mean π I think it’s reasonable to play the full twilight acolyte / cabal shadow priest package anyway, to make it stronger.
Mind Blast Priest ft. Vivid Leeroy (Rank 5-2, 76%)
To be honest, looks really good to me, could be better than my list (in a more well rounded way), but i will do the squashling/twilight acolyte swap before i go into my next game and try it out

Hehe nice π
I think the list would work for sure, maybe cut the sqashling for another twilight acolyte to strengthen your cabal shadow priest π
Hey!
I’ve also been messing around with even rogue the last 2 days and first of all: a lot of fun and really, really great against Control.
Beating up Baku warrior? No problem.
I have to agree with you on the Spellshifter. The one health version is such a weakness in nearly every matchup besides Warlock on turn 2, but I sticked with them for the spelldamage. I didn’t consider Geomancer, though.
I ended up with 2 Grave Shamblers. I think they are great. I cut Lifedrinker, because I think, that you have other things in the deck that do the things he does, better. The Ancient Mage felt to me like a hit or miss card depending on the matchup.
Has Paladin been trouble for you, as it has been for me, too?
