I can’t rate this card, but as a player I hope it’s bad. Given the versatility and ramp in druid I’m a bit scared.
What you should not do, is giving one, if not the best class in the game powerful win-more cards. I could see this being played as a one of in some decks (Big Druid) , but I hope it’s not good (enough).

My guess is, that Mech Warrior wants to play for pressure/tempo against slower Control decks as a win condition, similar to Even lock right know, but without 1 mana Lifetap. In this case the card would makes sence.

Decent! Exactly, what slow Midrange needs. Turn 1 play into curve filler into insane value on turn 10. I’m not sure about Mech Warrior’s viabilty, yet, but this does help.

Would you shuffle this or Faldorei Strider back into your deck?
I think Faldorei, because it shuffles 3 4/4 spiders into your deck by itself, which pop out for free and cycle itself, and doesn’t necesessarily need the shuffle to be good as a curve play.
Nevertheless, Pogo-Hoppor is a powerful late game strategy, when the set up is done and can be a “meme-deck”, that will win some matchups here and there.

Nah, you’re right, I was a bit off the mark here. You would rather play Saronite Chain Gang than this without Spell Damage. I was thinking too much about curve aspects like the mentioned Apprentice/Kirin Tor. You’re also right, that getting outpaced is the big weakness of tempo mage, but that are usually bad matchups anyway. Loosing early board against AoE / Removal is the other.

That’s true. I just don’t see it relevant in terms of power level.

This card alone would have killed pirate warrior. Very interesting. Very good defensive and offensive options. Will see lots of play.

I think completely different. Tempo Mage relies on getting early minion damage in and burn you down later. The burn you down later – part of the deck is very consistent. What the deck often struggles is snowballing an early board. This card helps, especially after Kirin Tor into Secret, but also as a board Refill after early removal. So I think it’s a stronger 4 than Lifedrinker.
BTW: Lifedrinker is one of the weaker cards in that deck.

No, I want discover, what is my subjective opinion on the game. It would shift the meta towards traditional Control vs. Aggro / Midrange and away from Combo, what I would be liking.
Feel free to play different archetypes, I’ve no problem with that.

Interesting card for deck building. Has to be rated in the context of deck it’s been played in. Potential is there.
