Don’t think it’s good. You can always play a Tar Creeper for 3 mana, which trades against 3 health minions.
Walk the Plank
Good card. It doesn’t come with a body, but is faster than Vilespine, which does matter imo.
Using it as a curve play in aggressive decks, could go a long way. Weak to board swarm, but hey, it’s a rogue card, after all. 4/5

As mentioned in the review, you can at the very least double up on UTH, when playing from behind. That’s a strong comeback mechanic.

The scaling within this card seems broken to me. It’s already a decent play if you revive a Bearshark on Turn 4 for only two mana. Midgame could be a Highmane + X for only two mana, lategame a Build a Beast board or something for only two mana. Card looks like a Value + Tempo King to me. 5/5
Raiding Party
This whole Pirate Rogue theme this expansion would make a lot of sense to me, if the Pirate legendary has a start of game effect: Start with a random weapon from your deck in your opening hand. Kingsbane on 1, let’s go. 🙂
Spirit of the Dead
It has to be stated in the text, like Dire Frenzy, as you said, or now the new Pala 2 drop.
Bwonsamdi, the Dead
Bwonsamdi + Spirit of the Dead could be a good package for Reckless Experimenter/Deathrattle priest. Spirit of the Dead for huge Value and Bwonsamdi for Refill. Avalanche incoming.
The card itself is nice utility for War Golem stats and not the worst thing to add to the class pool for 1 1/4 years in standard.

I also think it’s a perfect fit for Deathrattle/Reckless Experimenter-Priest. With this card + Bwonsamdi you can refill and snowball like crazy, if you manage to get a good Reckless Experimenter swing turn.
On the other hand, I doubt the package or the card will be a good fit in Cloning gallery/Malygos/Velen Priest, simply because it would not work out in a favorurable way.
Good, huge Value card for one Mana, with the downside of being weak to aggro.

Agreed. Should see constructed play. If you are facing an aggressive metagame, it could be really valuable for some decks. Vulgar is a better card, of course. However, Taunt is guaranteed on this card, too.
Belligerent Gnome
It’s basically a more conditional Wyrmrest Agent, which was a good card in Dragon Priest. You can play this in Midrange decks to defend against early agression or in Control, if you want to go full on Anti-Aggro.
Nice little 2-drop, nothing overwhelming, but a decent tech option.

Time Out!
I agree with Soup. The Horseman win condition is on average just too slow and clunky in comparison to other stuff out there. It’s playable, but it won’t outclass a good Malygos build.
Nevertheless, the card itself is decent and has high potential. I really think Malygos’ HoF rotation is going to happen and there are 3 more expansions to come.

yeah, Southsea Captain would hurt a lot and Even Rogue is not in a good spot right know, overall. It defenitely lacked beefy 2 drops, that’s what I thought when playing it.
Kingsbane as the only 1 drop weapon sounds bad to me to really support this card. There has to be stuff like N’Zoth’s First Mate and/or a really good Turn 1 weapon. Basically all the stuff, that Pirate warrior had access to, prenerf.
In Even Rogue you can just play the card, what doesn’t mean it turns out to be good 😉

Hi Jed, Hi Soup. I think in theory, this card does what Soup says, but in practice it’ll turn out to be what Jeddy boy says. In Tempo Mage you run AI, because you don’t want to run out of cards too early in the match. And you run Aluneth. In Control/Value Mage this will have no immidiate impact, when it hits the board. So we’re left with combo. Maybe cheap Spells and Anton??

Well put. In faster Mage decks, the interference with Aluneth could hurt a bit, too.
Rain of Toads
Balanced stall card, but you can’t put too many Overload cards into your Combo Shaman. There will be more frog cards this expansion, I think, so we’ll have to wait and see if there are more synergies. As of now, I think 3 Overload is too much investment to stall for one turn on 6. 2/5
Seems like quest mage support. Wouldn’t run it for other strategies.
