Totem Goliath
Totems are still the most boring mechanic in all of Hearthstone to me… I never get excited from these cards cause it’s a thing that has never worked despite them trying to make it work constantly.

Mozaki, Master Duelist
There’s no way you can pull of an OTK with just 5 mana on mage right now, frost bolt is the cheapest spell that can go face apart from arcane missiles. You’re going to have to reduce the spell costs by more than 2 to pull something like that off.
If you want to win the game off of this it has to remain on the field so you have more than 5 mana to spend for the combo.
Ceremonial Maul
This plus Libram of Hope is pretty disgusting. If you get at least 4-cost minion outta this it’s more or less worth it. A new powerful 4 or 5 mana spell for Pally and Warrior would be nice.
In general I hope we get a few new librams this expansion, I mean the set it literally about spells and stuff and Libram Pally needs a bit more push to make it work.
Ceremonial Maul
Dual class cards are always considered as the class card of the class that uses them. If Paladin uses this it’s a Paladin card and so on.
Mozaki, Master Duelist
This needs to be played on curve and hope that it survives in order to truly get everything out of this. The potential of this card is Malygos levels of bursting if not more but I’m kinda doubtful.
2/5 unless we get some new cheap good spells like ray of frost or somethin along the lines of Moonblast.
Ace Hunter Kreen
What a disgusting card… Crazy powerful, I wouldn’t be surprised if this gets nerfed to 4 mana at some point, it’s a bit too strong on curve if you’re playing against another aggro or midrange deck cause the amount of board control this card offers is astounding.

I don’t think you understand how tricky it is to actually get that done.. And if you’re dedicating that many cards and resources just to hard-reduce the cost of a card you might not even draw is in no way worth it. Especially considering how many single remove cards there are in the game now. You’ll be dead against aggro and lose in value against control before you’re able to pull that off and even then it might just get removed.
This is no Mountain giant, clearly it’s a giant that you gradually reduce in cost to play a high swing turn later in the game. Unless warlock gets cards like “deal 3 damage split on your hero” or vice versa with healing on priest, there’s no way this will work in early game.
Flesh Giant
People probably overestimate this a bit. It’s no Mountain giant. You will have to do alot of micromanagement on your health just to pull this out early.
Healing or damaging yourself 4-8 times is harder than it sounds, you’ll have to spend alot of resources and mana just to pull that off. Apart from hero powers neither class uses that many heal or self damage (this is too slow for zoo probably) cards which makes this a bit trickier than I assume people think.
BUT the phrase “never underestimate 0 cost cards” still apply to this in some regards so I’ll give it a 3.5. It’s gonna need quite alot of support in order to truly work.
Flesh Giant
Ummm how exactly?
Healing yourself (no matter the amount) reduces the cost by 1. Damaging yourself on YOUR turn (no matter the amount) reduces the cost by 1. There’s no way you’ll be able to pull those off 4 times and then have full 4 mana to play this lol.
Disciplinarian Gandling
Note that it says “play” so generated or summoned tokens or cheated minions will not proc this. That being said it makes the card way weaker.
This will be played on curve asap and one can just hope it sticks. Overall a really strong card I’d say. 4.5 stars
Infiltrator Lilian
Good card? Sure. Boring card? Absolutely…
This is one of those cards that one just puts in the deck cause it’s a stronger than average minion. Boring card, boring rating 3/5

All jokes aside I’m glad they’re making more control oriented DH cards. So tired of hyper aggressive DH.
4 star, hope this is good enough to make control DH a thing.
Steeldancer
I don’t really like weapons in general, I think it’s among the most unhealthy mechanics in the game and while there are lots of tech cards against it, it’s just no fun or interractive.
This card is pretty awesome though, most of the time you’ll be able to summon at least a 4-cost minion with this. I just hope this won’t create another weapon based deck that is frustrating to play against
Headmaster Kel'Thuzad
Things that kill Kel’thuzad obviously don’t work. Ray of frost is also a terrible card with him as you only have one spell to go with it.
Shadow of ruin actually scares me alot now… Makes me wish Kel’thuzad was a 5 power minion just so it doesn’t work. If that ends up being broken then that’s a nice nerf to get rid of it. Shadowflame is interesting as it gives you back then minion you sacrificed and any it kills but I honestly doubt it will be easy to pull that off.
Headmaster Kel'Thuzad
Excuse me but why is this card not 5 stars in the rating? It’s a card that can easily break the game with any spell right now and with any spell that gets released in the future. Heck, there are already some really good spells that go with this and even if you kill just one minion it’s going to be more or less worth it.
The potential of this card is simply astounding, 5 stars.
Combustion
Oh right Mo’arg artificer exists… That might actually make this card incredibly good in some control mage deck.
