Mind Blast Control Priest Deck List Guide - Boomsday - August 2018
What would you want Silence for? Mass Dispel does the job in that regard. I don’t think it’d be worth to replace any card in that list with Silence!

Great to hear! Taunt Warriors are tough to beat, but if you stay patient you might get the upper hand one time or another!

I have been thinking alot about Geist. On paper it looks great and may serve the greater cause, but I don’t think that it is really needed. It makes the matchup easier, but if you control your deck accordingly, win rate should stay the same.

This deck does not focus on early board presence. You contest early enemy board presence with board clear, not with minions. Collect your Pyro chain, heal up in the meantime, and strike back with a one-time board clear and a follow-up Scaleworm to get into a healthy mid game.

Agreed. You could maaaybe play with one Scream only and go for something that adds reach (Holy Fire for example), but two Shadow Visions is a must.

Hand Druid Deck List Guide โ The Witchwood โ April 2018
Great to hear! This list was theorycrafted as a base to use for the archetype as a whole (something a lot of people often forget around here), cool that it does work without any changes.

It’s not as powerful as old Jade Druid, that’s for sure. After writing this guide I can say though that I’m pretty convinced that this deck will find a place in meta game, just because it runs very well with a lot of different tech cards. The list has a really small card base compared to other decks like Control Warlock, and you can use that to improve bad matchups by a mile!

Sea Giants are a great idea, but I think they need a greedier meta to work, and the first weeks of a new expansion are not that greedy to begin with. I will test it out in the long run depending on how many Warriors we will see.
Rush Tempo Warrior Deck List Guide - Witchwood - May 2018
I think players underestimate the real value behind the Rush mechanic. Being able to interact with the board and to provide board presence at the same time is a powerful thing to do, and cards like Jade Lightning or Duskbreaker showed that in the past already. You can not only react to the enemy board but also proactively influence the board state for future turns, something that not many cards are able to do.
Besides that it can devalue the enemy’s future play(s) by quite a bit. Players can already experience that by playing around Duskbreaker for example.
Ashmore can be compared to Curator, and that card has seen a ton of play in high-tier tempo lists like Mid-Range Paladin. Having card draw on the top end of your curve as a tempo deck makes more sense than anything in my opinion.

Interesting thought! Many theorycraft lists include Spiteful Summoner and Spellstones, something that I have played a lot in a more tempo-oriented Pirate Warrior list in KnC. Definitely an addition that can make sense!

The Witchwood Card Review Part 11 - Tess Greymane, Blink Fox, Archmage Arugal, Paragon of Light, and More!
Do we know how the interaction between Paragon of Light and Corpsetaker works? I mean, Paragon of Light shares both keywords in theory, right?
Infliction Warlock - A New Archetype on the Rise?
The development of this archetype, or “deck idea”, which might be more fitting in this regard, is pretty similar to the Tempo Warrior evolution.
One of two things will eventually happen: More and more cards are printed to fit that idea, and that will cause the deck to be “invented” as a whole, if that makes sense. The other thing that we have seen more regularly is that some of these “deck idea” cards will make it into other archetypes who already exist.
I can see Duskbat work pretty well in Zoolock, especially in combination with Vulgar Homunculus and Kobold Librarian. The other two cards will make the cut if the meta turns out to be more mid-range heavy, something that could very well happen.
Infliction Warlock - A New Archetype on the Rise?
Almost exactly the list I wanted to post, looks good!

Thank you for the great feedback! I too hope that this deck finds its place in the meta-game, and I’m convinced that it can rake in some wins, especially during the first chaotic weeks after Witchwood’s release.
Lady in White
And I think that out of the 2/3 of cards that still miss we will see enough minions with low attack and high health that make this card a great include, Dragon Priest or not!
Lady in White
If you build a deck around it, yes. But the card itself fits in basically every Priest archetype, and you don’t have to change anything for it. Take Dragon Priest: Northshire Cleric, Primordial Drake, Stonehill Defender, and many more cards benefit from the effect!
That’s a lot of bad luck in six games ๐ Drawing Anduin is key against Hadronox/Taunt Druid. I’d still mulligan it away because there has been an uprising of Token Druid, and you’ll need all the board clear you can find against that. Keep on trying! ๐
