Most Interesting Cards From the Upcoming Forged in the Barrens Expansion
Regarding Kazakus: Just play a pure aggro deck with Kazakus as the lone 4 cost card. But please… ALWAYS pick a 5 cost golem then (unless the game goes long, which it shouldn’t ๐ ).

Then the deck is set with those cards x 2.
But … even if it is logical, I think those cards will still cost 1 (interpreting CAs text).
Or was there any streamer already testing this (and confirming that it works)?
Two New Bundles Available In Shop Until April 5 - "Classic" and "Golden Classic"
Jesus. This is complicated stuff. ๐
Thx for clarifying!
Casual Is Now A Separate Game Format, But Nothing Has Really Changed
Neat change. Bad description. ๐

Nevermind about the Auctioneer. Only in Classic format it costs 5.
But the question about Syphon Soul remains.

I opened a Gadgetzan Auctioneer … and it costs 6!?
Also, in my classic collection, Syphon Soul costs 6. Shouldn’t it cost 5?
I’m confused. :/
Field Contact
There are situations (in fact, I encounter them quiet often) where playing Passage is awkward.
That said, I think the result of both these cards might be equal, but their uses are different. Passage is better than this, but this isn’t bad and might find it’s time in the sun. ๐
20.0 Patch Notes - Nitroboost Poison Nerf, Overlord Saurfang in Battlegrounds, Classic Set, Unnerfs, Arena Rotation, Book of Mercenaries and more! - Coming March 25
Everybody already knows it but i have to say it nonetheless: HUGE changes for Hearthstone (and even more news like the Mercenary Books).
I’m very excited. And pretty sure that there will be pure chaos in the first days and weeks. ๐
Altar of Fire
True, but as I wrote it isn’t like with conventional strategies where some pieces come together … if there aren’t 6+ Nomi-like cards you literally can’t play this strategy because if you mill your win cons, you’re double-screwed.
The more I think of it, the less I believe in such a strategy being playable ever…
At least you can now find a use for UNcorrupted Tickatus. ๐
Altar of Fire
You can never ever realisticaly hope for playing both copies and still drawing (and corrupting) Tickatus.
I think this card is overrated – it doesn’t really work with the ‘your deck needs to be empty’ cards because you can’t play it before drawing those cards, which makes them MORE dead cards in hand until your deck is actually empty.
Only exception will be if there are tons of ‘mill’ cards AND tons of Nomi-like effects after you’ve milled yourself.
On the other hand, pure aggro decks might play this against control (Pokelt, to be specific).
Guff Runetotem
Is the minion chosen randomly? If not, I wonder how distributing the buff is handled technically. If yes, vague wording.
Card could be good in a Token Druid (if there’s any).
Sigil of Silence
Card is good but totally useless against control decks (like C’thun Priest right now).
So yeah, metadependant, and most likely used by aggro against creature-centric midrange.
Rewards Track Refresh & Diamond Cards
Um, there is a table in this article that shows that it’s better than the current one … or am I missing something?
Regarding cosmetics: I. don’t. get. why. they. release. so. few. Rogue. cosmetics. But hey, at least there are no new Paladin heroes. ๐
And that Bigglesworth coin … Jesus I’m triggered. ๐ I guess if I own all Scholomance cards then I’ll get it right away?
Varden Dawngrasp
Is that what they said? I thought they removed all the freeze to open up design space – for new, ‘temporary’ freeze cards!?
C'Thun Control Priest - #1 Legend (Monsanto) - Darkmoon Races
C’Thun? Okay not good against anything with armor but should work otherwise.
Highlander Priest - #1 Legend (Bunnyhoppor) - Darkmoon Races
Just wanted to note that there still is the old picture (old wording) on Hysteria.
The last sentence made me smile.
