Frostweave Dungeoneer
Decent with Broomstick, but unlikely to be enough on its own to convince Mage to start playing minions again. Saying that, there’s a solid chance that unrevealed cards may yet change this.
Devout Dungeoneer
Seems pretty good in the right deck, but I don’t know enough about Priest to know they want this.
Mutanus the Devourer
Well, that’s… certainly a card. It may be pretty good, especially when it eats a Ticketus. It’s probably a little meta-dependant though since it can low-roll almost as much as it can high-roll (7 mana 6/7 anyone? Thought not, although the upside of eating a Sethekk Veilweaver may be enough to compensate). 3.5/5

And going back further, Descent of Dragons brought us Risky Skipper amongst other things, which largely carried Warriors for the whole year

Very well predicted, always nice when there’s a reliable schedule.

Holy woof that would be busted…

Do you know roughly when we can expect the mini-set?
Tavern Brawl - Captain Blackheart's Treasure
DH still benefits from a much smaller (and thus consistent) pool though.
Tavern Brawl - Captain Blackheart's Treasure
Yeah, I picked DH for my first game this time around, and whilst I did win, it went down to the wire and was primarily due to two well-timed Expendable Performers alongside some rather aggressive tapping from my Warlock opponent.
Alec Dawson: Balance Patch Results Are Intended (Setting up Classes for the Future), Except Paladin, Which Is a Little Too Strong
Might just be the weird perspective, but yeah, it does look a bit odd.

You can reach legend with practically anything half-decent, so I don’t think that’s really saying much.
Which Battle-Ready Decks Are The Best And Which Are Most Picked?
It may be worth trying, but what are you thinking of cutting? The deck is already highly synergistic and quite tight, so I’m not completely convinced that First Day really does a lot to further the deck’s gameplan better than any of the cards already run.
Patch Notes & Balance Update Coming Out Tomorrow (May 12), Will Contain Quilboar Nerfs in Battlegrounds
Glad to hear it won’t be too much longer before I’ve got some more dust
Balance Update Is Coming Next Week With 5 Card Nerfs and 10 Buffs
They did buff a few during Ashes of Outland too, but it certainly could be nice to see them more frequently, especially since they’re generally much less disruptive than nerfs.
Are Control Decks Any Good in Forged in the Barrens?
Very interesting… now that I’ve finally hit legend, I might take that idea out for a spin. Do you run Kargal as well or just the posts?
pirate warrior still in game
Sure, but is it actually worth playing? Does it win consistently?
Tavern Brawl - Top 3
Here’s an interesting control deck I came up with:
Revolve – to give you a chance vs Patches druid and Pogo rogue
Lightning Storm – to actually clear boards
Sludge Slurper – gives you a way to (eventually) win games and generate resources
Seriously? I’d say dirty rat is a better card than this. At least rat can be relevant into aggro.
