Hearthstone's Best Hero Class Tier List (Boomsday Project) - The Current Best Standard Classes in Hearthstone 2018
Well, my feedback is the same, I have played against many, but I had no difficulty in winning (and I am playing with some variety of decks). That’s why I would like to know against what it is good to be so used in the meta…
How to Avoid Tilting and Ladder Anxiety in Hearthstone
I agree with everything. I also understand from the statistics that there is no “rng fiesta”. There may be a perception of “rng fiesta” for those who play few games or with reduced resistance to frustation. Also, the draw system is good, and the resource system is also stable (crystals/ mana).
Personally the issue that needs attention is the cards design. As you indicate it is a game in which the attacker has the priority (and thats good because it makes it easier, faster and more practical, especially as a mobile game). Because the attacking player has priority, card design becomes more difficult (which is expressed by the amount of nerfs needed when comparing to other standard formats from other games), but the constant errors in cards design show a stereotyped scheme of repeated errors (mana cost vs quality, overwhelming synergies and some exess of speed) that become real problems when the game is decided by the attacker and not by the defender.

Is Silver hand Paladin a thing?
I like the deck idea, but to what extent is it a tier 1? I played against several (when playing cubelock, warlock control, murloc paladin and tempo mage) and to me it seemed weak… Any feedback from anyone who has used a list of it?

Ben Brode Says Any Potential Balance Changes Could Occur Next Month - New Events Planned!
“(..) but the reduced card pool just seems to have made it so that there are fewer viable decks at any given time (…)”
It’s more a question of balance, not of the number of cards. It’s normal to see a smaller number of decks compared to wild (as we can see between starndard and classic formats in other card games)
What makes shaman and warrior to not see game is not the lack of cards, it is the lack of calibration, but fortunately Blizzard is already aware that this is a problem (learned from the experience) and why should be given attention and corrected when appropriate.
The darkness lock [legend]
Against control you can not rush, the game needs more method, but Carnivorous Cube + Faceless Manipulator easily give you the victory. Plus, with Bloodreaver Gul’dan it’s overkill.

The Best Standard Hearthstone Decks of 2017
I liked the article, it also brings some nostalgia.
The darkness lock [legend]
Correction, it’s not a control deck, is an OTK combo deck (which obviously does not run hard removal).
In mirror match wins the fastest one. Against a true warlock control deck it can go to fatigue, if the opponent does a good job and are a lucky one, but that’s not the most common.
Either way, the list looks interesting.
Hearthstone Budget Decks For Perils in Paradise, Cheap Decks for Laddering in Hearthstone!
First you need to keep in mind that during the first month after the release of a new expansion the most successful decks will almost always be the most aggro ones (e.g., usually hunter is good for the first month and then decays). However, in this meta it is likely that aggro is to stay +/- as it is due to Creeper Corridor and Patches. However, it is already known decks that can give a good counter to aggro, as the case of warlock control.
Knowing this you need to answer the set of answers:
1 – What style of play gives me more pleasure in playing?
2 – Against what do you see more play in rank mode? And what is good and bad against it?
3 – What is my goal? To have a single good deck, or to have variety (even with weaker decks) to avoid getting bored?
4 – What cards do I already have? (sometimes it is possible to make decks better than the typical budget ones because you already have the core cards or some epic-legendary ones)
5 – Which cards will leave the end of year (March-April) standard? Do I lose to investment I’m making now?
After answering this you will set your expectations and you will have an idea of what you really want to do and how far you can go with that in rank mode. It is important to be aware of the relevance of various cards such as Creeper Corridor and Patches, what you lose if you do not use them and what can be used instead when you run your list and when you run against a list with it (e.g. if you like aggro and it is very expensive to use the pirate pack, you can use Golakka Crawler to give counter to those who use it if you see many pirate decks). Budget slots may also include more tech cards than the rest and alternative strategies that no one is waiting for (and if your oponent does not expect it, he/she can not play around it).
Hearthstone Budget Decks For Perils in Paradise, Cheap Decks for Laddering in Hearthstone!
If the option is between these two decks it is better to think well. The ideal is to opt for a more enjoyable style because in reality neither of the two is particularly good.
– Tempo mage is bad against aggro and dragon priest, but good against the remaining priest decks, warlock control, jade and druid ramp. Also with the next rotation Medivh’s Valet and Firelands Portal leave standard. There is also talk of the possibility of Iceblock also leaving for the hall of fame.
– Hunter is weaker than tempo mage, being bad against warlock control, priest… (any long game oriented deck) but is good against aggressive decks like tempo mage, tempo rogue, zoolock etc, but thats true when you run the pirate packet… After the next rotation it loses no cards (but upgrading is much more expensive).
– Also, in any of the lists is essential the addition of Spellbreaker.
The Kobolds & Catacombs Cards That Hearthstone Community Members are Excited to Play!
In this expansion there are many reasons to be excited:
– The new hunter direction.
– The new mage tempo cards such as Explosive Runes. And also Dragoncaller Alannaa as a new possible “meta” wincondition (coz Dragonfire).
– The new priest “storm-control” ideas with Dragon Soul and midrange control with Duskbreaker. Also the possible break of highlander with The Darkness.
– The new amazing set of rogue tempo cards such as Fal’dorei Strider, Elven Minstrel and Sonya Shadowdancer.
– The possible new directions for warrior, especially with the new funny fellow Geosculptor Yip.
– All the new set of demons (I really like Hooked Reaver concept), life spells and draw for warlock.
– And all this amazing neutral cards, such as Arcane Tyrant (the tempo power it’s so damn good) or Void Ripper (with the potential to be a game changer in some lists).
And I did not even mention common cards (just for warlock) that will also have a cool impact and offer a good experience!

Same here.
Kobolds and Catacombs Guide, Release Date, Card Spoilers List
Priest: Highlander receives The darkness as an answer. It will see less game, but big priest may stay. Dragons and “storm” control may be the new ones.
Mage: The current lists will undergo changes and new lists will be tested. Exodia mage will remain uninteractive and boring as ever.
Rogue: The new decks will be so damn powerful, and the damn quest can see the game again!
Warrior: Let’s see the new meta. Is it possible to play control or not? Also, a tempo version is not badly thought out either.
Shaman: No idea. Bloodlust or evolve decks? I just dont get the new class direction…
Druid: Lists will be improved and maybe even see tests with Ixlid + Arcane Tyrant in ramp or some new midrange style.
Paladin: Control lists may be an option with the meta shift (or not lol), but there is a lot of new material to try to improve on old ideas.
Warlock: Zoo and control may improve, we may even see different “control” decks, but this alterations will be made at the expense of rare and common cards (and Cataclysm).
Hunter: Right now, after seeing all the cards, I just feel that aoe is required to be playable with the new direction. The old direction you will keep the same problems, but as usual we will see many of these in the first week…
Your explanation makes sense, I mostly play warlock, and I usually only use lists of paladin or mage when I’m doing daily quests. As for rankings I finish every month in low legend (between 3000-1000), but I do spend little time with the game, basically I do the daily questions and some games with the list that I like most until completing a hour and half or two hours. So it’s normal
that somethings may escape me since I do not test everything, and do play consistently only with what I like most. That’s the main reason for my question.
