Because a bunch of clowns are in charge of the game and half the time when there are nerfs they don’t show up until the game is restarted.

They take bad approaches for sure, like they are genuinely clueless and never ever play their own game that they are in charge of knowing about. Iksar Dean is clearly part of the problem since he always babbles about whatever is not important to players whatsoever.

And not only that, they are too obliviously stupid to remember that they nerfed Illucia from 2 to 3 mana, and couldn’t even do anything half-right and make the crippled Illucia properly cost 2 again. With how idiotically they have nerfed this card it could cost 0 and still be unusable. This HS team is turning into contemptable trash.

Add something to the conversation then. Holy is 100% right. Destroying Illucia out of pure babyish laziness – and their stated reason is complete fraud. They said it was because it was problematic in shadow priest! They thought Illucia on turn 3 for aggro priest was OP somehow, playing a 1/3 and skipping both turns…….it’s like they’ve never played their own game. They destroy control priest’s ONE card that could make it playable like the jack @$$es that they are and blame it on some bogus aggro priest excuse.

I said the same thing how stupid it is and my comment is still awaiting moderation. They need to get out of the habit of thinking they can just remove/nerf cards whenever they are bored for a meta shift. The entire point is to stand behind the cards you make and stop lazily thinking they’ll never get the balance right to start.

Warrior got way too many brainless buffs. Why 2/2 for 1 that you play for its ability?? Why make the rush that draws have more health than mana cost?? Really stupid. Other than that, warlock overnerfed – the deck will be unplayable now. And why nerf the weapon? It’s unusable even for a control deck at 4 mana. But then the sad demise of Illucia. There was already a card that did something like what they’re changing it to. This completely defeats the fun functional aspect of the card like some whiny baby didn’t want it touching their hand & deck. That’s the whole point! It had to be used creatively to even work especially in this meta. You could never wait until 8 mana to use it and then their quest reward if they even have it in hand.

Well this is the most depressing one of these summaries. Really hope they do enough polling to cancel out most of Dean’s ideas about game features.

Brilliant! I used some easy way to generate some epic card I was missing for the previous barrens puzzles and wanted to do it again for the oracle, but for some reason I couldn’t think of resizing pouch. Now to roll the dice for a bit.

Had me until the very last bullet point- the same gold that’s in the game now? Oof now have to split gold between completely separate modes. Please tell me this wouldn’t be the main currency used for Mercenaries like maybe capped at 1-2k gold for all upgrades.

That’s a great comparison. Obviously something needs to change there. And while they’re at it, raise N’Zoth back to 10 FFS. It would still be overused. So why make it OP?

Also with the rotation of duels, it was supposed to be something other than “wizard duels” with different cover art and possibly sets rotated out. Didn’t take long to bail on that premise before it started. Why so hard to figure out that it should simply have mouseover for what sets are active and keep up on the things they implemented in the game? Just never planning on removing the beta tags from battleground and duels is a foolish money-grab. Who told these people you can call things beta without ever planning on finishing?

Screw that. You didn’t get another pack did you? I’ll wait since they fixed the 2 achievements before that they forgot to put in the game prior to the book releasing, but you’d think that even if they did forget to put the achievements in first that it could still read that it’s been done. Actually the odd thing is that on the adventure screen itself it shows 8 unfinished so it’s more than just the achievement erring.

Yeah he’s the best caster by far. This is probably a mutually beneficial breakup so that he follows the bandwagon and steps away from the company that no-one wants to be associated with right now whether that’s right or wrong, and Blizzard gets to act like it’s to reverse their bad behavior and promote women. Opportunists and their timing.

Basically if played early in the game you’re hoping the snake will be a guaranteed 2 for 1 trade.

Maybe it is slightly weak but the design is great. Game needs more cards like this and less “your x spells cost 2 less” gimme a break
