So I don’t have Togwaggle is it necessary for the deck. Also is crafting zephrys and Alexstrasza worth it I have the dust but don’t want to waste it on cards that may not see play later on

Well the nerfs were very subtle and are almost negligible. This deck went from tier 0 to tier 1

I think you just need to save all 6 coins from Umbral Skulker to have a lot of mana. I think Togwaggle scheme would be pretty good in this deck. Play malygos scheme it next turn play Galakrond and 4 malygos then prep plus a couple of spells make lethal but that’s just my opinion

Doesn’t floop reset its mana cost after being discounted if you play another minion? i.e. if you play thaurissan and your floop costs 3 mana then play maly your floop will become a 4 cost maly
