I don‘t think it works like that. If you have let‘s say 2 copies of all the commons, you will start to get more of the commons randomly. So you won‘t get just epics and legendaries in a pack if you have all the commons and rares.
So you still would have to open a lot of packs to get all epics and legendaries.
But it‘s way better than before though.
I hope this is correct (well actually I am hoping you are right), that‘s my understanding of how it will work.

Card art is really gorgeous! I bet it looks so good in golden! But I dont know, maybe you can make good combo with the weapon I guess?

Yeah I am so excited for the other warlock legendary! Hopefully it‘s going to be for control though.

I really like the art of the card and the effect is really dope! Skulking Geist will be in every deck though.
