Twilight Geomancer only gives C’thun taunt, it doesn’t buff his stats. In addition, no C’thun buff cards buff his stats based on their own, with Blade of C’thun being the closest with its destroy effect.
C'Thun, C'Thun... C'THUN!!! Current C'Thun Decks in Hearthstone Standard
Check out the C’thun Reno Shadowpriest Deck that Day[9] played, I’ve been using it a bunch and I love it. It’s actually a pretty good control deck with C’thun just being an extra part that enables survival techniques like Twilight Darkmender and Twin Emperors. There is so much healing and you replace your hero power with a super-efficient control hero power.
Deck Lists from the MSI EGLX (Standard) Hearthstone Tournament
Can someone explain to me why Midrange hunter isn’t good? The lists look strong yet no one is playing it and no one is covering it.

Anti-C'thun Patron Warrior
I think you’ve got a good point, and I’ll probably change it to just one tentacle if I don’t eventually remove it altogether. However, I’ve played some of this deck and the tentacles have come in pretty clutch in several situations so it remains to be seen. Besides, if not letting your opponent choose was the goal, then why would Unstable Ghoul be run? Mostly if you have targets on the field (patron, frothing, etc.), they won’t hit the tentacle leaving it for you to trade.
Best Standard Hearthstone Decks From (WotOG) Whispers of the Old Gods (So Far)!
I disagree with the hunter stuff, Midrange is extremely strong with Call of the Wild and Infested wolf plus the usual shenanigans.
Crane333's WotOG Standard Patron Warrior
Any idea why no tentacle of N’zoth? I’ve been running it in patron and it’s working pretty good.
Oil Rogue Deck List Guide - April 2016 (Season 25, Wild)
So this deck is dead now because of the nerf?
N'Zoth deathrattle rogue
I don’t see why you couldn’t stick a Raptor or two in here, sure it doesn’t combo with your N’Zoth but it combos with half the other cards in your deck.
C'Thun Reno Warlock
Only thing that looks questionable to me is the BGH. Otherwise a solid-looking deck. Have an upvote!
Blade of C'Thun
Cool effect, obviously pretty helpful for C’Thun and killing stuff is good, but the body is way too small for 9 mana
Shifter Zerus
Yes but you only play the good transformations, whereas sneeds can give you a majordomo that you can’t control that loses the game. Meanwhile this doesn’t require 8 mana for the chance to get a good minion, it just has to be in your hand. And while sneed makes it so you don’t pay for the legendary, there are lots of good battlecries amongst the legendaries. It has versatility in addition to
Shifter Zerus
You can get tirion out of this in any class. If that doesn’t make this card good, I don’t know what does. Sure you can’t choose it, but you only play it when its good. So much versatility.
While it may seem confusing, the name of Miracle Rogue actually doesn’t hail from needing a Miracle to win the game. It actually has its origins in a Magic the Gathering Deck called Miracle Gro, that people attempted to copy in hearthstone with decent success, and the deck has developed to what we have today.
