soultap is really strong in non warlock, the upgrade isnt that important but drawing a card for a heropower is super OP. Thats why warlock rarely gets powerful cards without drawbacks.

The highlander restriction discourages agro however this could honestly be so powerful that they dont care

The card is obviously a very powerful card in control paladin, the only question is whether a highlander paladin can exist in standard at the moment. The answer is probably no, but we havent seen all the cards yet. And I dont think its fair to call the card weak just because its a support card for a deck that doesn’t exist currently. If this was in standard at the same time as reno they would probably have to nerf it. I mean did you not see how stupid an upgraded hero power early in the game can be from baku. not to mention warlock hero power is busted in other classes upgraded or not.

This card is good in a control style deck, the restriction is a lot worse for agro so I wouldnt worry about highrole agro potential, more likely you will be looking for warrior priest druid for health gain or hunter to close out games. If you draw it early you might want the paladin, rouge or warlock hp.

tried vex crow over sand binder and questing and frostbolts over the novas and it worked pretty good
Ok but there have been other control paladin decks in the past, I dont think its a ridiculous idea to say a new type of singleton control paladin could become meta. Perhaps with the undertakah combo.
