not broken but dont think its as bad as people think
decent taunt stats for cost and the spell damage can be useful to alot of decks
say a warrior with spell damage will add some new strategy to their decks

use alakir, 2 of the reduce elementals and shudder
get this and alakir down to 4
summon both then use elemental power boost on ala
20 damage to face if no taunt

in normal its gonna take some testing, but in wild could be insane using the elemental to reduce his cost
say 2 of those summon shudderwock hes down to 4 mana
summon any minnion with charge thats not to expensive
4/2 minnion for 4 i think could be wrong

destroy 1 minion dont like 1 of the results, try again for 3 minions at 6 cost of whatever you blew up first.
crossing the line towards shaman territory here

problem is most of those decks are aggro based and dont want to wait for turn 7+ to unload their damage

im working on how to make it work with shudder
obviously you need a way to keep shudder alive for 2 turns to make the loop
stealth from coppertail imposter will protect it from most things turn 1(was how i kept it alive for grumble after saranite nerf)
turn to though a bit harder
no battle cries currently save it, although you will have an additional 5 mana your 2nd turn to try and do something.
another option less powerful but much easier, copy lifedrinker for more damage on original shudder

so basically a 3/4 with rush for 2 mana
that is broken
even its base stats are not bad, nothing special but can be played in emergency.
they should of at least made it a 1/2 and give it a +2/2 to make its base form weak for the cost

if this is the boss for the playstyle its pretty bad
versus priest might as well surrender at start.
mage and shaman can easily remove it
any class using neutral silences can.
how to balance it, id say raise cost to 10 and give it effect only you can target this card with spells or effects.
maybe lower its stats slightly since no way to get rid of it for sure then.
maybe 3/8

electra is extreamly powerful.
need to wipe several 5 4-6 health minnions, electra lightning storm
got a lot of minnions but no real power, electa bloodlust
almost dead eleectra healing rain
etc electra enables a lot of combos.
1 alot of people dont know, the 3 cost discover a spell next spell is 3 less
electra that get 2 spells and next spell costs 6 less.
yea not alot of spells for shaman that expensive but 1 cost spell stone?

assuming you have no mechs in hand
discover oblivotron, which would trigger its effect so would it re summon oblivotron for 3 mana

it has a few options but none of them particularly good, maly/hakkar best i can think of.
if you have a minion you want from your deck can try to get it and bounce it to your hand using the 3 cost elemental.
in wild it could see some play with gorgan and baleful, but i believe their both rotating now.
just in general i dont see this being a good card, definitely cant use it with shudderwock

will basically be used in any decks that can easily remove a big threat it pulls out, shamans hex mages poly priest warrior rogue
only class i cant think of with a easy out to any negative is druid and paly, maybe warlock unless used on turn 10

shudderwock does not want this card
main use i can see is to make a spell deck with malygos and this, cheat a low cost maly and blast enemy in face
a deathrattle variant could use it as well but thats not really shamans strong suit
Mana Cyclone
im seeing it used in a low cost spam spell deck with some spell damage mixed in, empty your hand of all but this card and by time you cast 10 spells its a full hand ready to go, yea its random but this game is all about rng at times

looking at a few of their coming cards, seems to me their wanting to push either deathrattle variant or sacrifice to power up your cards variant
omega mind and the 6 cost legendary toad for shaman
play a few heals 1 turn and next turn get each copy of those heals until your hands full
a spell damage mage gave up when i was healing to 30 every turn after they unloaded spells constantly.
