So many stars… people seem to forget your board needs to be empty, and either draw + play 7 or old like 7. On top of that if your against warrior, he probably aint death after 1 turn.

It’s a bit slow for rogue, if it was 1 mana, it was broken, but now I think it’s to weak to make the cut.
Arcane Flakmage
On T5 it’s to late 2 damage against a board is to weak. On curve it’s a decent 2 drop, and if it survives you win the game if your agressive.
Desert Obelisk
I allready wrote a comment, but seems you only read the reply’s on your own comment.
Get a Heistbarron + Spirit of Shark for double Draw 3x cards. Myra’s unstable element your deck. Togwaggle’s Scheme 7+ Desert Obelisk into your deck. And draw all 6 of them and play them all for 6 mana. And you do 30 damage.
Alternative is that you shadow step a Dollmaster Dorian and play that with the treasure draw so you get 6x 1-1 Desert Obelisk. And after that you can still play the 6x 0 cost Obelisk + a 5 mana cost version.
Anyway the rogue version is more reliable compared to the druid one, and guarenteed to get 6 or more on the board, unlike druid. And your remark about leeroy is silly. Why bother with anything, just go for T1 decks only is kind of what your saying. And 30 damage a turn for 2x turns in a row is even hard to deal with for a warrior.
Bloodsworn Mercenary
This card is strong in booth early and endgame, wich makes this broken in my opinion.
Using this on any reborn minion or just on a two-drop that survived a trade on curve is allready great for tempo, and when passed all that you can allways use it on ysera when she lives a turn.

So the only class i can see this make work into a T4 or T3 deck is Rogue.

Drakkari Enchanter but that’s wild. But rogue can do this easy, just play pogo rogue without pogo’s and this instead. XD
Elise the Enlightened
It’s allso really clunky. your hand needs to be 6 cards or less before playing this. This is not like ultimate infestation where you could risk overdrawing a card. In this case you will know wich cards wont be duplicated. So you will first need to rearange your hand or ditch cards. And since your talking about combo deck, my guess is your playing control with heavy draw more cards. So cleaning up your hand is not gonna be that easy since often you either need those cards to stay alive or they draw more cards.
I find this one the hardest to rate. I guess in Wild it could work, but in standard you allso have BOMB Warrior to deal with. And I seriously doubt this will make a deck in standard that’s higher then T3
Reno the Relicologist
Out of the 4 hero’s of Uldum I think this one has the highest chance of making a new deck. A highlander deck with the quest might just be a new archtype. Mage has enough control options to make it just work, but on T3 level maybe?
Hopefully a neutral highlander legend is going to be good. The mage quest seems fun in such a deck atleast.
Sir Finley of the Sands
Now that we have seen the paladin quest, it becomes obvious that the paladin quest reward allready outshines this card. I dont think this card will see play in standard. A control type of paladin deck will chose the quest over this. And a agressive deck wont benefit enough to turn his deck into a single card deck.
And serious who is voting this to 4.7 when it’s pretty obvious this card wont see play in standard. Dont compare this to baku, this card is worse in every way compared to baku.
Dinotamer Brann
Are people trolling? 4 stars with 81 votes? Or is everyone a Wild player? TBH I think this card is to weak for wild, maybe a T4 deck in wild.
King Crush is not worth 9 mana, it’s worth 7 mana. So to build your deck into a single card deck only to get a 2-4 minion extra. Unless the neutral legend that supports this deck type is super powerfull, this card wont see play in booth wild & standard. Unless Blizzard buffs this card.
TBH if this card wants to see play it needs to be 5 mana. Or 7 mana with a have a beast on board requirment.
Plague of Murlocs
I smell a nerf comming: Deathrattle, Reborn or Giant’s all mean nothing for this card.
What makes this card so broken is that Priest got a 9 mana cost version that can only remove stuff. This card offers the versatility of board silence/clear? and it alows you to turn useless totems and lackey’s in stronger murlocs. Allso it put’s random murlocs into your openents graveyard. If Priest is going to be included in the meta he will hate this card. And it’s only 3 mana you can combo this with anything.
Psychopomp
There is currently a mech priest deck that does that. Kibler is playing it. Anyway on turn 5 a 3-4 does not matter that much anymore since it dies to everything at that point. It’s just that 1 health minions get killed by hero powers, (or lackey’s now) Still unless a polymorph or silence is used what ever this thing brings back has to be killed twice. Any minion with taunt & divine shield would become a huge pain for an agro deck since it eats 4 atacks. I guess were lucky annoy-o-tron is in wild. XD
Psychopomp
Onyx Bishop was 5 mana, that 1 mana discount matters and this one allso gives Reborn, wich makes a deathrattle minion really a pain to deal with.
Plague of Madness
True, but rogue is generaly all about tempo. Spending 1 mana or 4 mana is huge. And your own health does not matter if you win in the end. XD
Assassinate is only 1 mana more expansive than walk the plank and rarely been played in constructed. Allso it’s 2 kills for 1 mana versus 1 kill for 4 mana. The total difference is 8 mana versus 1 mana, even sap looks expansive compared to that.
If any support card would come out that allows rogue to either mitigate face damage or benefit from face damage this card is broken. (And in Wild rogue can)
Plague of Madness
You cant having a mage sticking giants on the board. Even if you lose 16 health. You lose if they multiply. And it does not really help a mage to remove your lackey’s with her weapon.
