C0l0rs, you have to also authorize Gleam through your discord account.

Try logging into a PC, Login to Discord on 1 tab, and try to accept it via this page on the other tab, and you should get a prompt to authorize gleam via discord. Allow it and you will then have it able to read it. If you do not authorize it, then you will not be able to accept the reward.
