mmh, I can see a lot more cards worth to return to hand. It doesn’t have to be a broken one to fit the tempo rogue style. Think about Edwyn to get more stats, Evil Miscreant for more Lackeys or in some situations Blackjack Stunner to remove two big threads. This card is as much flexible as Shadowstep but in most cases better than it (and sometimes also worse).

I’m not sure, too. So it’s one of the more solid one drops after the rotation. So if we face a lot of aggro decks I think it could be worth to get some board in the early game. But if the meta is more midrange or late game oriented your absolutely right!
