I don’t have Aluneth for the moment: could you please elaborate a bit more on how to replace it effectively? I am aware that the decklist should be changed quite radically.

For the moment, I am running (following your advices):

-1 Ice lance
-1 Aluneth

+1 Duplicate
+1 Sorcerer’s apprentice

Also, I am not sure about Ice Block. Some people run an additional Potion of Polymorph instead of it: what do you think about this?
