Blowtorch Saboteur
Why is this 100 auto dust an epic?
You can play it on turn 3, chances are your opponent was going to use their hero power and have 1 unspent mana anyway, so what’s the point of this guy?
He is just another overpriced (rarity) waste of space 3 mana 3/4 body that no one will ever use like Blackwald Pixie. I’m sure there’s another card that falls into this category but I can’t remember it.
Primordial Explorer
Cards like this piss me off that King Cobra is a rare its a worthless 3 mana pule of crap while this is superior and is only a common. Now its gonna be even more of a kick in the balls when you pull a classic pack, get 4 commons and king cobra… So 4 commons and a card so bad it shouldn’t be printed. If they don’t rotate out the cobra into hall of flame with this then they have no soul
Phase Stalker
This is a nice replacement for highlander’s 3 mana epic card that cats a secret only if you have a secret. Easier/cheaper to obtain as it’s not epic, only 2 mana and you don’t need a secret already to cast it. Seems great
Miracle (Nomi) Priest - #1 Legend (LFYueying) - Uldum Doom
Ok perhaps I phrased it wrong,
I like the Highlander Hunter deck, lots of win conditions and ways to play it. But too many decks now that have a strategy of draw your whole deck, then play a few cards the deck relies on or lose. And to rely on drawing your whole deck every match when you’re trying to climb is a pain in the ass. Like Holy Wrath Paladin, Magylos Druid, most priest decks, and control warrior, thank Satan that deck has died. This is a criticism of Hearthstone in general
Chef Nomi
Cards like this ruin hearthstone. Instead of having multiple contingency strategies, 2 decks sit for 30 minutes hurling shit at each other until someone pulls this cretin and wins. Go back to the forest, his extinction can’t come any sooner
Miracle (Nomi) Priest - #1 Legend (LFYueying) - Uldum Doom
So the point of this deck is to draw all 30 cards every game and play Nomi? This sounds more painful than control warrior. Hearthstone really needs to make some sets that encourage ew strategy, but most decks rely on a single combo you have to draw or lose
Anubisath Defender
Mine is from the TV show Angel. It just sounded funny especially every time they refer to the character. But it is supposed to mean champion.
Murloc Shaman - Early #2 Legend (Thund3r) - Uldum Post-Nerf
Fleshshaper but no Mutate?
And why Beaming Sidekick? I know he pumps your Warleader or your Angler but is that 1/2 non Murloc body worth it? If you don’t draw a Bloodlust he is underwhelming
Aggro Shaman - #33 Legend (eg99) - Uldum Post-Nerf
Bah, just my luck. I started on Americas server and needed a deck, was thinking this or Murlocs and went with Murlocs in the end. I made a crap build with Scargil in which wasn’t very good. I spent mucho dust to make Scargil.
Then 2 weeks later I saw a more reliable build with Leeroy and Siamat in so I dusted my Vesinna and Scargil to make em.
And now I just pulled an Electra Stormsurge. I wish I never dusted my Vesinna or crafted that Scargil. Then I couldn’ve had 2 decks instead of 1.
Highlander Hunter - #25 Legend (魔法少婦小圓) - Uldum Post-Nerf
I just destroyed almost every legendary, epic, and most of my rares in my collection to build this. Including my entire control warrior deck I only built over a month ago (by nuking my entire collection).
I have 29 cards, I still need to craft Siamat as I felt he was the least important legendary in that list. What can I sub him for until I get the dust? I shoved in a Savanah Highmane for the time being
Hir'eek, the Bat
So I used a Mutate on a Mogu Fleshshaper and thus c*** came out. Needless to say I lost that game
Egg Token Druid - Legend (J4CKIECHAN) - Uldum Post-Nerf
I’m 520 dust of building this bit curious to why I should.
What’s this deck for? Who does it beat?
Will it work in ranked?
Combo Priest- #1 Legend (Jarla) - Uldum Post-Nerf
I would craft him as soon as I could get the dust, but I had to dust a lot just to get the starter version so I have deck to set off with at rank 25.
Yes I did the lightwarden combos before getting something like 23 attack on one suddenly and unexpectedly, but unfortunately most draws just don’t go this way and lightwardens inability to attack straight away will see him killed in a lot of my plays. Every opponent is wise to this deck and exactly know what weak spots to aim for regardless of what rank they are.
A few times I hit many minions on the board and went for the swarm, but then I kept coming up against opponents running Mind Control Tech and that really screwed me over. Then 3 times in a row I face Hunter with Pressure Plate, I have 3 minions on the board and as soon as I cast a spell it RNGs and kills my most valuable minion.
Thanks for the advice regarding the streamers.
Combo Priest- #1 Legend (Jarla) - Uldum Post-Nerf
I still don’t understand how these decks are number 1. The meta in legend must be completely different as I’ve started with this (minus Bwonsamdi) from rank 25, hit 14, then I’m getting more losses than wins. Too many decks have a way to shut this down, even after you get a 16/16 and hit, they can throw everything at it and remove it, then they bounce back easier than you. Constantly getting control shaman which is a bad and very annoying match up. You can’t hold onto your good cards all the time hoping for a good enough combo because some decks are too aggro, you gotta drop a distraction on the table or die in 2 turns, but then you’ve lost a valuable piece.
Who are these decks beating all the time to get to tier 1? Is anyone like me and playing this around rank 15?
Quest Resurrect Priest - Top 25 Legend (Zetalot) - Uldum Post-Nerf
Now this here’s a Priest deck with some chest hair.
Shamely I’m way off dust on any server to build it
Combo Priest - #10 Legend (Zuhex) - Uldum Post-Nerf
On a related note
I hate this deck. Maybe it works in Legend,
But trying to climb from rank 25 in Asia with it seems not possible. Everything has too many ways to shut it down, I’m stuck at rank 15. I hope only for quest druid matchups as they’re easy to beat but they’re not common
