I don’t understand how you could complain about this card if it were what you thought it was, because you could have a 15/15 taunt lifesteal minion on turn one. Not sure what you’ve been smoking but I want some.

Do they resummon at the beginning or end of the turn?

I feel that the inclusion of bomb toss and therefore a goblin bomb in this deck harms the viability of Nine Lives greatly…

The goal of this deck is to have lots of face damage/removal due to the spell damage… although I agree Zul’jin is good, it doesn’t serve the same purpose and may in fact kill you rather than the enemy.

Another big plus is it thins your deck well, especially important with a class that historically lacks card draw.

I surely hope you don’t base everycqed you see off of how it would perform in a vacuum. 1 damage every 3 cards adds up, but in addition, it’s guaranteed damage eventually, and also provides a downside to what is usually very valuable, which is drawing cards.

I just personally find Standard to be more entertaining, but to each their own, I guess.
