simple, keep drawing cards out, at the end, use ethereal augmerchant to give yourself spell damage, and draw the garrote out to keep damaging the opponent’s hero. Quite an annoying deck to deal with if you do not kill the opponent within turns 6-7. This deck has quite good board clearing with Prize plunderer, brain freeze and wand thief as mage spells are usually quite good at doing that job.
