If we are getting Elise as a hero skin does that mean we are not getting her as a card

I have been using a very similar version of this deck and have obtained legend rank from rank 5 using it, I personally think that Safeguards should be replaced with arcane intellect and fire-eaters should be replaced with mecharoos.
