The Knife Juggler’s EFFECT is what should have been changed, not the ATTACK. It will still deal good amounts of damage regardless and probably still a staple Zoo and Paladin card because of this. I’m not sure how you’d change the effect, I’m not a card designer but I think the less RNG the better.

If you are after silence you’ll just play Spellbreaker instead? Nearly Warsong Commander bad.
