is Professor Putricide really better than Houndmaster Shaw?

Hello, I was wondering which list would be more optimal for an aggro-heavy pocket meta. Hotmeowth’s or dhkim’s?

also, which is a more important craft for spell hunter (disregard other hunter variants, i do t have kathrena or krush), Subject 9 or Houndmaster shaw? i only have enough dust to craft one.

for the lazy: dhkim’s list doesn’t run both shaw and subject 9, and secret keepers. runs 2 bearsharks, 2 explosive traps, 2 freezing traps, 2 wandering monsters, 0 snipes, and 2 flanking strikes
