Relic Vault
Well, yeah. Anyone who’s been reading the Castle Nathria murder mystery knows that all suspects are linked to the location they were at during the murder, and since Draka was in the Sinstone Cemetary, it will be a rogue legendary. Same for Xy’mox, who was in the Relic Vault
Relic Vault
Anyone who has the balls to rate this card before even a single relic is revealed is crazy. This could be a 1/5 or 5/5 depending on the strength of the relics in question.
Though, blizzard, are you doing ok? Is this the right order to be revealing cards in?
Remornia, Living Blade
That’s about as crazy as it gets. I am going to be the pessimist and say it’s probably hot garbage, I mean, a 7 mana rush minion with only 4 attack is just bad, but if it manages to clear something small, you do get to attack with it as a weapon and then attack again as a rush minion.
2.5/5, cool idea but 7 mana is too much
Sinstone Graveyard
An edwin with stealth, twice? I don’t know man, that’s kinda SPICY
Also, I totally thought the graveyard would’ve been the warlock location, but guess I’m gonna have to wait a bit longer for that one…
4/5
Sire Denathrius
It’s just not very reliable because it only pumps up the damage in your hand. If you draw it too late, it can’t finish off your opponent.
Murloc Holmes and the Murder at Castle Nathria - Story Behind The New Hearthstone Expansion (All Parts Out)
Current suspects (for now):
Baroness Vashj
Sesselie
Pelagos
There wasn’t much information really, but these as they basically stated themselves had the most reason to murder the man, the Sire, Denathrius.
I suppose the most important information to take away from this is that there was nothing to indicate the cause of death, that will likely be important later.
Another thing is that Ara’lon’s alibi is just really weak, with only Gargon hounds ‘vouching’ for them. Without any reason to think they murdered the Sire I chose not to suspect them, though they’re not ruled out.
I have ruled out the following people (for now):
Xy’mox
Olgra
Kel’Thuzad
Stewart
These seemed to lose the most from Sire Denathrius’ death, as such it’s unlikely they caused it.
Sire Denathrius
Thing is, he needs to be in your hand to get stronger. I don’t know exactly when he becomes quite strong enough to be playable, but I feel it may just take a bit too much.
Also, demon tag missing? is Denathrius not a demon?
either way, 3.5/5
Stewart the Steward
So, the cost is you have to play a 3 mana 3/3, which is kinda lame. The reward is for the rest of the game your hero power will be 2 mana summon a 4/4, which is quite good. I’d imagine this is an insta-include in any questline deck, and outside of those it may see some play too.
4/5
Volatile Skeleton
This is NOT the kind of 2-drop you want to play, even in a Kel’Thuzad deck.
2/5
Nightcloak Sanctum
Freezing enemies while getting some volatile skeletons over 5 turns, all for 3 mana. Sure, that’ll do.
4/5
Frozen Touch
Just run frost bolt instead, it has more utility with the freezing without the added guilt of using it while it’s not infused.
3/5
Kel'Thuzad, the Inevitable
Nooo, why does Kel’Thuzad have to fall to a gimmick that will only see support in a single expansion…
My favorite lich…
that said, 4/5, if a volatile skeleton deck fails, it’s not because of this card.
Elitist Snob
Oh that’s just easy, paladin cards are so good that I often tend to run hardly any neutral cards in paladin decks anyways
4.5/5
Hedge Maze
Clearly they put it in Druid because it may be too strong in Rogue or Hunter (though I doubt Hunter would be too strong with such a card). The strength of this card depends entirely on the deathrattles that will be added to support this card.
Currently 2/5, though may be 5/5 by the end of the reveals.
Cold Case
It does a lot, in that it deals 2 damage twice, summon two 2/2’s and gets you 4 armor, but the 2 damage twice is a deathrattle, and 2/2s don’t tend to compete very well on turn 4.
2/5
I weep for all the warlock players such as myself because we’re last to get even a single card revealed for our class yet it’s probably going to suck or be a niche that works for maybe 1 expansion cycle… *sigh*
