Actually, having thought about it a second more, this is much harder to make crazy. Kael’thas was easy because he could be the only minion in your deck. This one however, basically requires you to run a deck full of minions. I must admit I’m still scarred from the Kael’Thas days, but this card is probably more like…

I have been thinking for a bit and there are cards that WANT to be discarded, but also maybe there’s potential for a deck with HUGE minions that taps on turn 2 and uses tome tampering on turn 3. Perhaps you add quite some draw cards as well, and suddenly you’ve got a pretty cool niche deck!

Oh boy OH BOY! This is my FAVOURITE card of the set so far. SUPER MEGA MANA CHEAT is always fun to play around with! That said, it’s probably really bad, BUT THAT WON’T STOP ME!

2/5, but 5/5 in fun factor

To be realistic, this card is just not gonna cut it. You can maybe play 1 card besides this lad and stealing 1 card is definitely not worth it. It will be fun to see the highlights where priest does manage to just steal a whole bunch of cards, but that won’t make it good.

This will be great fun to play with in wild, but in standard? It depends entirely on the support available in this set, as in, secrets.

I don’t like the fact that it’s still a single expansion gimmick.

They’re probably not fel spells because that would be crazy with the legendary that recasts all fel spells.

It’s just SOO SLOW for such an arguably weak effect.

It’s very balsy of Hearthstone to think I would pay 25 euros for 9 packs and some very mediocre skins.

with enough ‘you need to draw it to gain any benefits’ cards eventually such a deck will be good

I am not sold on this card. In the best case you’d rather have a Bless and in the worst case You barely get enough stats to warrant spending 4 mana on.

That’s a lot of infusing that needs to be done. I want to be optimistic, because if you manage to infuse this to its full potential, it’s really good, but that’s a big ask.

The gargon companions fit the theme of the character much more, but yeah, I suppose they’re the same as animal companions.

You don’t even have to infuse Imp King Rafaam to get good value, but infused he just becomes crazy!
