Blizzard released an hotfix some minutes ago for everyone eligible that didn’t receive the deck!

Hi guys, I have an old account and I opened it some minutes ago just to check these return player decks. But how to get it? I’m sure that last opening is before 4 months from now because I received sathrovarr that was shipped on November 5th. So there is some to do in order to get it?? Thank you if anyone knows the answer
