Well, that’s not enough for me. After almost ten years of daily Hearthstone, I’m done. Sad day.

My presumption is that they don’t care. I’ve been playing since the beta but, as a casual player, I’ve barely spent a dime on the game. The ques rewards were enough to keep you competitive without spending. In fact that was one of the key appeals of the game.

But of course people like me don’t help pay for the server space or programming effort. So Blizzard don’t care if we drop over this and, frankly, unless those numbers are *way* down, this will likely end Hearthstone for me. And Blizzard will not care because it doesn’t affect their bottom line.

This feels like a deliberate attempt to drive away casual players and increase the number of whales among those that remain. It’s cynical in the extreme and I’m deeply disappointed

I was halfway through this brawl when it changed weeks. As a result, when I finished, I had two basic packs (presumably for “starting” twice) and one festival of legends pack (for finishing once). If I do the thing again, can I still get a second festival of legends pack?

Lost first game of this with Rogue – my deck randomly contained Myra’s Unstable Element, opponent drew it, cast it & swapped their empty deck with mine 0_o

Discovered quite by accident yesterday that I had a copy of Kingsbane I’d forgotten all about, so I thought I’d give this a noodle. Nasty deck. A lot of possible card subs that aren’t covered in this guide: I’ve been running Walk the Plank and I’ve seen ones using Backstab too, which is good to trigger combos.

One thing that irks me slightly though is that I feel the deck ought to run another Pirate or two just to make the most of Raiding Party. It’s probably stupid, but it just annoys me to have a card that I’m unlikely to make full potential of. Bloodsail Raider and Phantom Freebooter would seem the obvious picks if I was ever daft enough to do it.

Quite fancy this in Rush Warrior. You’ve got Blood Razor (and Scourgelord’s hero power) to take out the Mucklings. You’ve got Spirit of the Rhino to protect it from the damage if you do. Plus you’ve got an outside chance of summoning it directly with the Rhino Loa.
