Wild Even Shaman Deck list Guide - Witchwood - May 2018
Anyway we can get an update on this for the new meta? I am using even shaman as one of my decks to climb this month and try an qualify for the wild open so i would love to hear some input from your sight on what you think the optimal build and gameplay strategy is. Thank you!
Ice Cream Peddler
Card is really bad not enough ways to activate and the cards that can activate it are also weak and see no competitive play (unless you count freezing your own minion with glacial shard)
Would be really good in mage if it counted your opponents frozen minions too so i think thats a huge missed opportunity
Okay in arena
1/5 stars will see no standard play
Predatory Instincts
If the druid loa is powerful then this will be a great option to tutor it, otherwise seems way to slow

So im guessing priest is getting the hero card this expansion.
Jonnychill's Wild Jade Cube Rogue
Thanks for trying the deck! Glad you have enjoyed it. Definitely agree with bloodmage being replacable dont think he is core by any means. I actually have performed very well against quest warrior but i will admit its not an easy matchup because you need to build boards that play around all of the different removal options. Jades are definitely key in that matchup and making as many as possible. Face hunter is definitely an unfavored matchup and you play that matchup very differently than any other matchup just trying to survive and maintaining board controll while copying mistress of mixtures and scarabs effects as many times as possible. Hunter will run out of resources before you and thats your win condition. Zilliax is an awesome anti aggro tech that i habe been experimenting with as well and a solid cube target. Thanks again for the comment and all the insight, i think you made a lot of good points on how to play the deck
Jonnychill's Wild Jade Cube Rogue
I mean I have had a lot of success with the deck and I rarely run out of resources. Roll the bones usually draws at least two, fan of knives cycles itself and bloodmages effect can be copied. You can sub in loot horders or elven minstrells if your really struggling but i really dont think you need them. Is there any specific match up you are losing to due to card draw? Have you actually been playing the deck or is this just an observation?
Jonnychill's Wild Jade Cube Rogue
Haha yeah thats one of the reasons jade Druid is one of my favorite matchups! Really fun to beat them at their own game. The slower Nzoth version is definitely alot of fun and I actually enjoy playing that version more just happened to have a higher winrate personally with this one.
Jonnychill's Wild Jade Cube Rogue
Yeah thats why i currently run mistress but what i meant is the fact that chow has 3 health instead of two. That extra 1 health goes a long way sometimes when making earl game trades for board controll.
Star Aligner
Wow this card is some exciting pack filler. Ill take this over a textless vannilla stated minion anyday. I really hope i dont open this as one of my epics thou, but i probably will like SEVEN times
Cybertech Chip
I used to experiment with infest alot in decks and if it cost one less mana it would have been very powerful trust me. On avarage a random mech is better than a random beast in a vaccum since there are alot of bad beasts and most mechs are decent. This card will only get better if stronger mechs are released and is already solid in wild. However its strongest in a mech hunter and so far the cards arent there for that to exist in standard. Im rating it 4/5 if they release more strong hunter mechs which i am confident they will
Menacing Nimbus
This will be fun when it gives you radiant elemental and you have unstable evolution in your hand
Hearthstone Legendaries You Can "Safely" Disenchant - Ashes of Outland - May 2020
Overall this list is very accurate but i have to disagree with some of the possibly safe to disenchant options you listed
1. Tinkmaster- in the current meta this is seeing alot of play as a tech card against taunt druid that works well against cubelock in some cases as well and i dont see either of those decks going anywhere
2. Mukla- currently seeing alot of experimentation in odd paliden and odd rogue with success as a punishment to the slow meta
3. King Mosh- sees play in most odd warrior lists
All these cards see play currently in competitive decks so i wouldnt disenchant quite yet
Jonnychill's Hand Druid
Thought about it and decided to add one copy, even though this deck is low ramp and low curve UI is pretty broken and always good
Even Token Druid (Theorycraft)
Yeah I see what you are saying astral is really good with oaken because you always draw something
Duskhaven Hunter
alright that makes sense thanks, that kinda makes it better because I feel like most times you want the 5/2 and keeping it in your opening hand will make it just that turn 3
Duskhaven Hunter
If it’s in your opening hand would it transform on turn 1, this is important because that would decide what form it will be in on curve
Even Token Druid (Theorycraft)
Honestly I think this is a pretty solid list, only card im questioning is astral tiger and maybe plan summons. I think cutting them for cards like dire wolf alpha and druid of the swarm would fit the token theme better. Or at least replacing astral tiger with something stronger
All i have to say is thank god evolve is leaving standard, imagine getting these off desert hare
