Deathrattle Galakrond Rogue - #40 Legend (てっぺ) - Outland
This is just weaker than secret package.
17.0.2 Balance Patch is now Live!
Nerfing Sac pac is bad; what’s going to stop Mid-range Ath/Priestess decks from coming back? Tempo remains strong with the slap on the wrist nerfs; not enough.
17.0.2 Balance Patch is now Live!
Nerfing Sac pac is a giant mistake; what’s going to stop Mid-range Ath/Priestess decks from coming back? Tempo remains strong with the slap on the wrist nerfs; not enough.
17.0.2 Balance Update Details - Kael'thas, Albatross, Felwing, Altruis, Battlefiend, Glaivebound Adept, Sacrificial Pact, Bloodbloom, Open the Waygate & Libram of Justice
Sac pac nerf is a horrible decision. Why are we nerfing the one class that can attempt to counter DH? Jaraxxus wasn’t not played because of this card in standard. They should have left it alone and instead buffed Jaraxxus to not have a demon tag to eliminate this interaction.
Spell Druid Deck List & Guide – Ashes of Outland – April 2020
This deck like many other can really struggle against DH if you don’t have some early removal. I opted for 2x claw into the deck combined with 2x wrath, 2x bog and the 2x crystal power to help because if you only search for ramp, DH can shut you out of the game by turn 3-4 already.
Potential Nerfs to Demon Hunter, Sacrificial Pact, Bad Luck Albatross, Frenzied Felwing, Kael'thas Sunstrider, Quest Mage & Darkest Hour Warlock
Galakrond Warlock was low tier 2 before this expansion and has only see a higher WR against the stupid-ness of DH; no nerfs required at all.
DH needs several more nerfs to not be oppressive to so many other decks.
Galakrond Rogue is suffering but if DH is toned down it could see tier 1 again.
A lot of classes depended a lot on Zillax healing, Blizzard in their wisdom removed a universal heal body for every class and introduced the brain-dead DH that smorks face every turn and can ignore taunt; great idea…..
Potential Nerfs to Demon Hunter, Sacrificial Pact, Bad Luck Albatross, Frenzied Felwing, Kael'thas Sunstrider, Quest Mage & Darkest Hour Warlock
Galakrond Warlock isn’t strong and doesn’t need nerfs, it’s just sometimes able to beat DH; that’s it! Galakrond warlock was sitting low tier 2 before DH released with almost no changes to their deck.
Alabtross also doesn’t require a nerf at all, it offers some sort of counter play to Highlander decks that otherwise isn’t there and also serves as disrupting draw for slower decks.
Demonhunter is still far too strong with the highest winrate in the game and most dead-brain gameplay ever.
Tempo Demon Hunter Deck List & Guide – Ashes of Outland – April 2020
Guide? Guide!? Lol! You mean play any card you have in hand and maintain a 65%+ WR
Evolve shaman
Deck’s biggest weakness is losing the board and trying to recover. There are way better turns in the deck than a turn 2 totem, followed by turn 3 EE with 1 mana floating or something similar to that; 4mana summon a 3 cost random minion isn’t very good.
Anyways love the deck idea and I’ll be playing something similar day 1; make shaman great again.
Evolve shaman
I made a similar deck to this; not sure if 2x Explosive evolution is overkill though? I’m thinking of 2x Faceless corruptors or even Siamat to help with Mid-game removal as we’re losing a lot of defesinve cards (zill, Life Drinker).
Priestess of Fury
You’re saying it’s a win more card then. For 7 mana you should be able to do more than 6 damage randomly split between your enemies. If this card isn’t good all the time it will fail most of the time.

I’m disappointed that only Paladin got a new way of playing that could potentially be competitive.
Enrage/Aggro warrior gets a few new tools, highlander/galk rogue get even more card draw/tools
Most of the old decks will remain meta: Rogue, Hunter, Emb Druid are clear winners.
Evolve shaman may stand a chance but of course the randomness of it limits it from ever being tier 1 or consistent; probably a tier 3 deck.
Warlock is getting screwed with so many demons being dormant; Galk hasn’t become stronger and probably weaker.
Aggro Demon Hunter will be strong; probably challenging to dragon hunter.

Ysiel Windsinger
For Standard this card is not that great. Druid’s only spell they would like to cheese out is Nourish; everything else is already low mana are not very good.
This card will need to see some much stronger druid spells to be competitive.
Hand of A'dal
Draw a card for 2 mana, no damage is better than Warlock hero power; also give 2/2 in stats?! Yes Please. Great card.
Priestess of Fury
This card is being over-hyped by the community.
7mana 6/7 is average stats for the cost and it has no taunt; the 6 damage is almost randomly spread out so you can’t even assure a kill. It it was 6 damage to a minion at the end of your turn it would be much better.
Most aggro decks will have 4-7 minions on the board by turn 7 and six randomly damage split between them doesn’t go very far and they can just ignore this card and smorck face for the win.
This card will be put into almost every DH deck for experiments and never seen again within a week.
2/5
Scrapyard Colossus
I’m looking forward to cheating this out with my Warlock Standard Darkest Hour build; but beyond meme potential this won’t see any play in standard.
You have to remember that any high legend deck (2000 and under), is going to be a completely different meta than Rank 5-1 meta and even low Legend decks people are playing.
