Since they allocated most (if not all) resources into making this mode, bugs still roam free in every mode since months ago and they did little to fix it.
And to answer your question, nope. No news about any performance whatsoever on mobiles, although, one can predict, an update this huge will have impacts nonetheless. And maybe stays like that for sometime, because even if the mode is done, most of those devs must be either taking a break from it, or continue adding new things.
You can expect bugs in every new things. Even each new expansion, BG and Duels suffers from it when they launched. If you know Blizzard at all, they never playtested anything, because they save a lot of time and effort letting the players find the bugs themselves.

Turns out that there are some people can have a limitless turn when using Ignite Mage on Wild, emptying their decks and just cast ignite over and over. I don’t know whether it’s a bug or what, but this is just ridiculous.
I think this one deserve a quick response as fast as Blizzchung incident, where they banned the player on the spot. But as we can see, they seems to not care that much about what’s happening in Wild.

Fair enough, after watching the guide, I think Mercenaries deserves a second shot of comment.
Aaaand, it’s already looks boring. I’m not even gonna criticize the fact that this is too late.
Honestly. I’m saying this with the positive attitude, but I still can’t find any interest. Points being:
1. Battle board too empty. The village too. I think it’s gonna need improvements over time. As it is now, It’s bland.
2. If it’s about RNG factor, then battleground still has the upper hand. The only addition is to find combo and leveling up.
3. I don’t know about others, but I found it gonna waste a lot of time learning 30-ish merc skills and combos, where I can just jump to other mode and play. Not everyone has free time that much.

I think I may have a better one.
Instead of giving them (community figures) money to promote Blizzard,
they do the usual “thank-you” project by giving them all things to celebrate (except money oc).
I still remember a podcast a few years ago where someone from the community prefer working with Runeterra because they paid a lot for someone to promote their games. I’ll do let you know if I find it.
Tavern Brawl - Half & Half
This must be one of the best mode tavern brawl. This is one of them where I enjoyed playing more than once unlike the other just for the sake of the 1 pack reward.
Imagine if they would do better and make this mode a permanent mode to be played alongside other mode like classic etc. This is why I keep complaining as to why they didn’t want to do something like this for a bit of extra effort. Just pick top-3 popular Tavern Brawl modes and made them permanent mode. Easy just like that.

But don’t you think you should get more than 2 items for $15? Exclusivity is gone when you shove bunch of portraits into the shop and expecting us to pay the same price. I’m not saying it’s wrong, I’m saying their marketing team is bad and incompetent.
They want more exclusivity? Start selling more diamond cards, try to be more creative unique borders, frame (even custom coin or badge is better).
They want more money? Make a tournament mode where you spent tickets for money.
They attract more flies with sugar, but they still use vinegar.

Ridiculous, because I think 1 portrait should be at $2 to $3 price if you compare it for what Tavern Pass or Bundles cost nowaday.

Lolz, $15 for a portrait and cardback, when you can get 13 portraits, and coins, and xp boosts and other things with just $20. Blizzard should reconsider what they think is the value of $15 now instead of 2 years ago.

Using your logic, then cards like Mutanus, Savory Deviate Delight, and even Altar of Light should be ‘destroyed’ too no?
I get your frustation over some disabling cards, but they reworked it so bad that the card can no longer be used. So, why print the card anyway? a waste of potential card.
Even I can come up with better alternatives like “Swap hands, and decks with opponents this turn only. shuffle a copy every time you play a card” (Need better wording obviously).
This way, opponent still have a way to answer the board, and opponent doesn’t lose combo card.
Conclusion, they do their job half-@ssed.

On one side, I applaud Iksar’s willingness to open AMA weekly, but if they paving the future of Hearthstone like this, I can bet past problems such as problematic mechanic will likely happen again.
If they’re serious about long-term game, I think they should be willing to do something extra. But this is getting ridiculous.

On the downside, everyone gonna have less time completing the miniset achievements.
Just about a month time, and probably gonna get cut-off again for several days when they drop the patch to the new expansion.
Hopefully, the achievements doesn’t get worse to grind. I mean, I still remember I had overcome dealing 666 damage using Tamsin, or 1000 mana discounts with Kurtruss. That sucks.

Thank you kindly Blizzard for killing a deck yet again. Facing not even one quest Warlock in Diamond R5 and up.
Like I said, you devs went to the laziest solution possible, where it could have been fixed with just a bit of effort reworking fatigue damage. The 6-7-8 damage is fine to me (In Standard, Wild is another case), but with the new 8-8-8 damage, planning to take 24 damage into account plus a bit of overpaid health doesn’t seem really working anymore.
The buff to Warrior seems unnecessary too if you were to fix the fatigue problem and allowing other deck to avoid infinite damage and survive. I bet Warrior can see play if not for the those problem.
Well, what’s done is done, I can’t change anything anyway. I’m just gonna wait the next fiasco that brings the people together again in speaking out that you guys really take a bad approach in solving problem.

If you care to read my review, here goes.
There goes a moment when you realize that Kojima can actually make a decent game. And this one is actually far beyond decent. Game world aspect is so beautifully polished, plot like always, mysteriously explained and you will understand by the end of the game (almost cried at the end, because it is a sad story). Game Mechanic is unique, and balanced in it’s on way. And Game music is 10/10, so correctly adjusted to the feeling you get while traversing the country.
So, after about 60 hours gametime, I could summarize.
PROS
– The game is about connecting people and help each other, although you won’t meet any other player, just their signs and trace.
– Boundaries within the game, like building roads, mapping Zip-Line, or crossing brutal terrain is easily overcome with extra help from online aspect. You could also do it in Offline mode, albeit very slow and time consuming.
– There’s answer to every problem, just need to progress further in story to unlock more tech to help you easier. Such as, killing ghost (BT), or subduing bandit MULE.
CONS
– Game world so big but also doesn’t really have anything in it. Imagine a big aquarium with several colorful stones and that’s it. Most of the time, you feel so boring travelling at one point.
First several hours probably had the best feeling you have.
– There’s not much to do in game besides delivering stuffs. You really spent 75% times just delivering stuffs. and that’s it. The rest of the game is fighting BT and miniboss.
– Scenes are very lengthy, and a lot. There will be time where you want to just press ESC and skip the slow take. but I suggest you don’t skip the end scenes with Mads Mikkelsen & BB because his story is by far the most emotional.

Again with the usual late after the deafening silence. It rather seems that Blizzard can’t pay enough people to do announcement job better.

A bit offtrack because I’m one of the people who got it wrong about miniset release date.
Lesson learned. No more fixated cycle surrounding miniset. I could however wrong again, since there’s a new mode involved in this.
One thing for certain, they surely want to get maximum spotlight for this mode. Which is a good step in marketing side (even when it’s so late with the announcment. Well that’s Blizzard)
Things turns up to be a bit better now. Plus I just realized that I was sitting on 3 Golden & 8 copy of Irebound Brute. Time to craft other Quests to finish the achievements. Ooh the grind.
Balance Update 21.3 For Constructed - 5 Nerfs, 7 Buffs, 1 Rework, 1 Ban - Releasing Tomorrow (September 21)
I mean Elemental Shaman. There.
While I do love the return of Warrior, it comes with the gutting of some interesting/unique cards like the Demon Seed.
I’ve said this countless times, if they just reworked infinite fatigue damage mechanic to not count as a win condition to Warlock instead of raising the cost of quest, Warrior or other Control deck can still see play.
And with this, you can judge how little they cared about the future of the game.
Anyway, my love for the game keeps getting thin as the year goes. It won’t be a surprised to me if I abandon the game for a better upcoming card game released by their former devs.
