Can the golden Zayle be disenchanted?

I pulled Togwaggle and crafted an Edwin and have been loving this deck, but does Harrison Jones make sense as a replacement for Myra’s or Sprint? The draw effect won’t always happen obviously but I prefer to craft Classic legendaries when possible and Sprint has been mostly underwhelming and I like the tech.
