I’ve seen Bloodsail Cultist in some lists.

Loot Hoarder, Kobold Geomancer, or Violet Teacher.

It’s used mostly as a finisher when paired with Flametongue Totem. It can also server as removal.

Yeah, you could play this without Leeroy and Sir Finley. You could run double Argent Horserider, or one Horserider and Reckless Rocketeer.

Nefarian or Ysera one of the big Dragons.

I would say this deck would only work decently if you are very low ranked 25 – 20. Hunter is pretty weak right now unfortunately. Barnes has a good chance to pull out spell power which can be valuable. I’d probably just go second Feral Spirit.
