It’s starting to pick back up in popularity. I think a lot of people were trying out new stuff rather than falling back on what’s a pretty similar deck to before Standard released.

It can be good, I’m not fully convinced it’s going to be in this deck long term yet.

I’m not sure on this one, VanCleef is pretty insane in Rogue right now, but Thalnos fits into multiple decks. It depends if you see yourself playing stuff like Freeze Mage or just sticking with Rogue.

I’m guessing you meant Spellbreaker, but I think that card is a bit slow for this deck. I’d go second Argent Squire or a Bilefin Tidehunter instead.

You can also replace him with another Violet Teacher or Shiv!

Yeah, there’s versions with Leeroy floating around. The problem is you’re going to lack some draw from Auctioneer.

Blood to Ichor, Sir Finley Mrrgglton, Flame Juggler, N’Zoth’s First Mate, Alexstrasza’s Champion, and most importantly Fiery War Axe.

I’d still go with Ooze because there’s a lot of Rogue, Warrior, and Shaman on the ladder.

It having 1-attack is pretty bad, and it can be removed without much consequence.
