I created an account to say: I have never seen a Wild Tier list like this over the previous two weeks. Quest mage tier 2? It is the most common deck at high legend and clearly tier 1. Odd DH does not seem that strong, the list used is quite unusual too.

What was this based on? Is it data based? Because it seems very different from many expert opinion lists.
