You might just be terrible. This deck is solid but not easy to pilot. Also you can change cards depending on your meta.

Some of the best decks back in the day ran little class cards. This is focusing almost solely on Murloc synergy, of which Warlock doesn’t have except for Seadevil Stinger

Replaced Tar Creeper with Wild Pyromancer. Helps secure early game against aggro (Hunter specifically) and combos late game with Acolyte

Yeah I’d prefer Deathlord. SW:Pain seems out of place too but I’m not overly familiar with Wild meta. Also wouldn’t an extra copy of Velen’s Chosen be good considering it’s discounted by Radiant Elemental. What about Mass Dispel in place of a single Silence?

A single copy of Crazed Alchemist is a good idea and older versions of Zoolock sometimes ran one. Also you have Abusive Sergeant for making value trades. He seems to have lost popularity but the card is strong and I’ll bet he finds his way back into the deck, even as a 1 of.

she’s an alternate win-con Vs slower matchups. You don’t NEED her but she’s a nice addition to the deck. Kabal Songstealer could be a feasible replacement
