I have been dropping the new weekly quests like one every month because they are too time consuming. I’m glad they will revert it. (I have played every single week since launch 10 years ago)

I have a bad feeling about this.

They say the are here to stay, but that has no weight at all. If the money stops flowing with idiotic decicions like the quest update, Microsoft just lays the whole team off. They can’t say the future is uncertain because people would stop buying. But I really hope you are right about cinematics returning and other planets being the “beyond”. So many games have been killed by Marvel tie-ins.

There are so many… Is this why we don’t get a new board or cinematic? Art team was making these because they can be sold?

…why do they have recycled voice acting? The previous additions had new voices, these just reuse different previous versions of the character, like Valeera skins uses her gladiator and wild west voices. Is it a bug or did they just get lazy?

Is she gonna get paid less than Mike Ybarra just like Jen Oneal was?

Mercenaries isn’t going anywhere soon as people have paid money they can’t use anywhere else for it, but then again other mobile games can close their servers after a while of non-development, so it might still happen down the line.

For Twist they should first try some easier to access modes like mega-standard, where only current year’s cards are allowed, or standard with Baku or Genn in every deck.

Why are some of the arts of two completely different characters? Skarr, the Catastrophe is a cool giantic sand tornado in its normal art and its signature is just an default air elemental! Did the art director just say “make a big faerie dragon” to two different people and that’s why we have Fye, the Setting Sun in two colours, one with neck fin and dragon wings and one with a fin on top and butterfly wings? Theldurin the Lost and Slagmaw are mismatching too.

I was just thinking about crafting two Chum Buckets to build murloc warlock, and a perfect card just dropped: Howdyfin keeps some murlocs always in hand for handbuffing! Could work in Menagerie decks too.

And Bounty Board with the new Flint Firearm could be juicy if the quickdraw cards are mostly spells and can go face.

This is a weird expansion as most classes only got one deck archetype. Like Death Knight only got plagues, and the titan. That’s it. Is this because they added too many classes and now can’t develop two deck types for each class per expansion? And each deck is now more expensive as you need two epics per deck and the titans are so overpowered they are auto includes in all decks!

Jokes aside, she looks like Cariel Roame. Quite boring design for a god before the curse of flesh. Also when will they add Monk? 11 classes is such an annoying number.

I already ranted on the Monk post but Monk should have been the only new class and Demon Hunter and Evoker should have been themed expansion Hero cards for all classes just like Death Knight in Knights of the Frozen throne. They could have done another round of Death Knights too with undead Morgl, Magni etc. in a new zone/raid. And Evoker is kinda redundant – anyone remember Descent of Dragons?

I think Inzah might be the legendary minion for Shaman this expansion, since Hedanis is both a hero portrait and the legendary minion for Priest

I bet the Chinese players will love these Chinese real life history themed skins… Oh wait.

As the recent years have power crept the game to such high levels that the game needs 40 starting health, I say just delete Renethal and let us start the game with as much health as we have cards in our deck, anywhere from 20-40 or even 1-100 for the lols. We don’t need a special card for that.
